Wife got a similar call while i was at work from Mark Jorban (Indian accent) gave her the normal speil and a phone number of 03474689607. She told the guy he was a scammer and full of s*** and he told her to watch her language - Well at least she knows how to speak the feckin language.

I JUST GOT CALL FROM PERSON NAME SHIN 315-908-1443 I THINK ITS SCAM,HEAVE INDIA background noises TELING ME TO FIX MY WINDOWS IM AT WORK AND I CALL MY WIFE TO CONFIRM THAT MY COMPUTER IS NOT WORKING SHE CONFIRM THAT ALL WORK OK.ONE REASON CATCH ME THAT I DID SOME PORT FARWARDING LAST NIGHT AND SOME HOW I CAN CONNECT TO MY VIDEOS CAMS TODAY.HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM BE CARFUL .

These people HAVE to be the idjits that called me 56 times over a span of 4 days!

no they are from windows technical department they fix my computer and now i am felling better with my computer....because earlier my computer was very slow and they fix it and now that is running like a new computer  ..... so i would love to say thanks to all and special y to Mr. smith black.......

I received the same call as the person above. but i think they are such a genuine person . because they solve my all computer probelm in cheaper price . just 20 dollar .  i really appreciate with services.

Joseph from "Microsoft" (I would guess India from the background noises, the bad connection, and his accent) said that he is getting messages from my computer.  All I needed to do was turn on my computer and allow him to have access to it by keying in the information he would provide and the virus would be removed.  Probably all of my personal information, my friends E-Mail addresses, and anything else of value would be taken as well.  I said that I would call him back due to the bad connection and he told me to be sure to speak only to him and his extension was W-232-G.  I guess this is to guarantee that he gets his cut from whatever they pry out of the stupid American woman's computer.   Beware, Beware, Beware

I received the same call as the person above....A man with a very heavy Indian accent claiming to be calling from Windows Technical Support about a virus I have on my computer. He wanted me to log in to Teamviewer and allow him to remotely access my computer to "fix" my issues. He called from a private number, and when  I asked him what his number was, this is the number he gave. He called SEVERAL times until I asked him to stop calling me!!! Beware!!!!!

I got a call from a "private number," a man who sounded like he was calling from a call center in India who claimed to be from New York and calling on Microsoft Corp.'s behalf to help me remove a virus from my Windows computer. He said his name was Steven Walter. I had to pry these answers out of him, and expressed suspicion that he was who he said he was. For one thing, I don't run Windows on my home computers. They are all Macs.
