Anybody getting calls from this number?

Continual calls with only a machine sound like a fax wanting to connect. Unsolicited sales calls are bad, but numerous bogus calls are worse. Tried calling the number and only a weird ring and no answer.
I would like to know the purpose of such calls.

I got a call from this number at 1:03 PM. I picked up and said hello several times, but heard nothing. I finally hung up after 20 seconds of silence.

It called me about 1:10 PM, and when I went to answer it, I got the beginning of a machine, and then 6 seconds into the call they hung up.
