This is Ideal Water, we purchased a softner from them 23 years ago and we still love it!  Yes, they are expensive, but it has been worth it.  They have been a great company, our tank failed about three years ago, they replaced it at no charge.

This number was nothing more than great marketing. I filled out a small survey asking about water quality that I received in the mail a couple of weeks ago. They called and asked if they could come out and run tests on my water. I said sure. In the end they were just trying to sell me a water softener system.

I just received a call from this number but didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number. I, too, filled out the water quality survey (& included sample) about a month ago. So, does this mean we don't really get the free movie passes/zoo book? ;)

By the way, I am not interested in a water softner system...so they can keep calling and being ignored. Thank goodness for caller ID!!!

They've called two more times in the past week and a half. Keep calling!!! I'm not answering!!! They never leave voicemail messages, either.

They've called be sporadically for the last month - I'm always at work and in meetings when they do. I don't want their damn water softner, but I DO want my free gift that they promised with the completed survey! Jerks.

They came to my house last night.  Yes they are selling a WAY OVER PRICED water filter/softener.  With a really high interest rate, BUT YOU DO get the free ZOOBOOK!  :)
