Got a call from 317-308-4991 but I didn't answer it and no message was left ad on the ID it say Officer DN Foun and yes I spelled this right.

I never answer calls I don't recognize or if no name or number either.
This call came today 6-6-13

I tried pressing "2" and they did stop calling for about 2 months. Now it has started again what a bunch of jerks! Sick of it, so annoying!

the calls would stop. You need to fill out this form every time one of these clowns calls you.

Caller ID says "ITC" and they say that they are collecting money for the families of police officers who have been killed in the line of duty. They offered to send stickers and wanted a contribution. I told them that I would like the information about the program sent to me in the mail and the person hung up very quickly.

Received a call from this number at 6:29 pm DST, to my phone -- on the Indiana Attorney General's Do Not Call List.  Caller ID read, "OFFICER DN FOUN (Officer Down Foundation?) The answering machine picked up the call; no message was left.  What a nuisance !

I recieved a call from this number today: 317-308-4991. It was a man claiming to be collecting donations for the Indiana Police. I am reporting this number as fraudulent.

How do these pricks get phone numbers?

April 15, 2013     They hung up when I answered.  Officer DN foundation was on my caller ID.

They pretend to be from Indiana state, when I was asked if I still living in my address, I keep silent and they hung up. Annoying

i have just received another call from this same number.  I am so sick of them calling day after day after day.  They call every single day.  Sometimes, several times a day.  I am so sick of this I could scream!  WHY can't this be stopped!

Got a call from this number today--April 2, 2013, 4:05 pm. Answered it, but no one was on the line. Caller ID reads ITC.

Despite being in the Indiana Attorney General's Do Not Call List, this number called my phone.  Caller ID said ITC.  The caller disconnected after three rings.

Yeah I just got a call from this number as well! Freaked me out because it said Officer DN Foun on the Caller Id. I didnt answer I figured if it was important they would leave a voicemail. When they did not I got online to look the number up, and good thing I did. Sure enouugh, its a scam. This one site even gave a number to call and report it to the New Haven Police Department. So that is exactly what I did!! I hope no one out there falls for this creeps b***s***.

they keep calling wanting money, and INSIST on a $ amount, I've told them I'm unemployed, and have no money, and they won't give up!!

We don't want these calls to our Indiana no call listed number. This is a scam.

Since I am on the DO-NOT-CALL wish they would do their job and stop these unwanted calls.  My son is a policeman and I will contribute to his and his fellow policemen, but not through this or any group that calls.

Very frequent calls.  Always no messages are left.  ITC who...can't find a company in Indy w/this number. Please read all reviews. SCAMMERS!

I have the same problem with a computer-generated call that comes in 2x a day. even on Sunday.  The fact that I have never once picked up the phone should be a BIG clue that I am not the Ms. Washington that they are looking for.

Caller ID read "ITC".  I never answer unidentifiable calls - this is why.  Anyone with AT&T service know how to block numbers?

ITC is Indiana telecommunications Company, as I was told and is used by many different telecom companies.  PoliceProtection Fund is only one and he was very polite.  Aplogized for any of these so called rude callers butmay not have been from his company.  He was not an outsourced caller, but hired to work dirctly with the PPF.  Seems ligit to me.  Many use this agency.  He said the ITC moniker will be displayed.  A bit confused as to  the phone number affiliation unless it is used for fund raising.  He is not a police officer.

PHONE SOLICITORS HAVE CALLED MANY TIMES.  THEY HANG UP IF SON ANSWERS IF HE SAYS   I AM NOT HOME.   I am not sure if i gave to them in past.  They may have had me fooled. Police usually solicit for themselves.
