Actually if it is for a Federal Student Loan there is no statute of limitations on collecting.  I had to speak to a lawyer about this since they attached my Social security in order to collect.  I was informed by my attorney that there is no statute of limitations for monies due to the government.

He said "burffday."

317.322.3614 called me earlier todayi had just picked up the phone when they hung up.

Not knowing who it was, I actually called them back - at first, I got some automated message with a woman's name of Christina or something like that. I didnt completely catch the name so I hung up and went outside to call the # back. This time, even though I dialed the exact same # showing on my caller ID, I got a message saying the # is not in service.

They tried to obtain my personal information

This number has called my church, my pastor personally on his cell phone.  It comes up as Premier Credit out of Indianapolis Indiana.  They have called where I get my work from.  I have blocked the numbers they call from.  They are aggressive and do this illegally.  They cannot take money from your food, clothing, a roof over your head or transportation.  I would add cell phone for a means for people to be in contact with you too.  I dont have a home phone.  

They called me today asking for some random name and asked if I know who they're talking about and saying that I was on a lost of numbers who might know who this person is I said no and asked why they're calling me and who the person is they're looking for and the guy is just like "that's private I can't tell you" I'm like "you randomly haven't number and I don't know how so I think I have the right to know" he's like "no you don't" like ok? Wow.

Had a call from this number but I did not answer. If this is about a student loan I went to college in the past century and do not have a student loan. This sounds like a scam to me. I get tired of these calls.

A man called our office and I could not understand anything he was saying. Sounded like he had walnuts in his mouth and a really bad urban southern accent.

I got a call from this number saying they had been provided my name and number as a reference for a person who happens to be my ex husband.  
We have divorced for 11 years so doubt he wants a reference and if wanted a good one would not have given my name.  Not sure what the scam is but refused information.

Called me at work, stating they knew I work security. How they know what I do is beyond me. They asked me to call them on my lunch break, I told them that since they know I work security, I couldn't guarantee WHEN I'd get back to them.

The other number Premiere Credit collections calls from is 877-938-7654 ad the 317-322-3614

I got their call more than once and the one time I did answer it I talked to a lady that had personal info on me, It is a collection agency and when she calls back it is from different numbers. She gave em their mailing address But when no one answers when they call they never leave a message which to me is fishy.

I received a call from this number asking about my student loan, they sounded so serious, i gave them all my bank information, now im mad because i looked it up after talking to them and it looks like there not really a loan company!!!! They need to be sue'd

If you find out how to make them stop calling plz let me know! They call me ever few hours about debts that were discharged from my credit history.

Received a call from this number. I didn't answer. They left message: Hello, I am calling because I need some information about someone you know. They asked me to call them back at 855-217-0914 and gave me a reference number (like a collections agency would do?). Very suspicious.

Got this on my cell phone.

Very rude man with a southern accent calling to speak with my husband. Then asking me to confirm another family members birth date which ironically was a different family members birthdate.  He became even rudder when I challenged him. Don't understand how the legal system let's these people stay in business and do what they do.  Just beware and be cautious!

Got this weird call. I do not answer calls I do not recognize! Plus didn't even try to leave a message. I get it they are some sort of "debt collector". Well if such a reputable debt collector they should certainly be leaving THEIR CONTACT INFORMATION that they request out of us! Mmm how about they leave their ss# and dob for me on my message machine? That is one little trick I think I will use when I have accidentally answered their stupid call.
Okay got it off my chest. Oh and one more thing calling after hours tells me they have NO I mean zero respect for anyone else but the jerks they supposedly work for!

they called me for student loans as well... however mine have been discharged. When I explained that to the caller, she said she would mail me some forms to stop their calls. They have called me 5 times in the last month trying to get money and information from me, always promising to send out those papers, but I never get them.
