This "man" called and said he has been trying for several days this month to get ahold of me. Did not state what it was about only gave a reference number, and a number to call back 866-517-3096 ext 048. I do not owe any bills and if this is for a student loan, he is way off the track as I am 76 years old and never had a student loan in my life, nor have I ever co-signed for one (if that is what this is about).

they call starting at 8am until 8:45pm about 9-10 times a day 7days a week.Even called me at work,I told them you can't call me at work and I hung up on them.The worst harassment ever even when you have payments worked out.We still need more money from you. I've had 5 numbers blocked and a new appears.

Sallie Mae has called me as many as eight times in a day, and it would be one thing if it was an actual human being calling me, but they sloughed off what minuscule amount of guilt they might have surprisingly had and they turned the calling duty over to an automated recording. I guess so many people stopped answering the phone that they were losing money paying real people to handle these calls. Now they can wash you from their mind since they have programmed a careless computer to harass everyone. And it doesn't matter if you've got problems. Since they lobbied lawyers to exempt themselves from bankruptcy, they are left with the right to be ruthless, so they enjoy themselves immensely in that regard.
Sallie Mae has my cell phone number, and I get more calls from Sallie Mae in one day than I get in a whole week from all my other contacts combined. Sallie Mae is an unholy company with absolutely zero intention of forgiving, even in cases of extreme hardship. They are the most financially evil company I have ever seen, but then most all of them would be if it were not for a few laws protecting consumers who have come on hard times. Sallie Mae DOES NOT CARE one bit, and it's just a matter of some cold policy where money is king.

Yup these b@stards called me multiple times today even though we just resolved the issue last week. Idiots. There must be a way to make Sallie Mae pay for this...

It's not my loan! I co-signed it, not the signee. What is their problem? Calling me at Thanksgiving dinner. If I meet them, they will get a personalized BIRD from me!

They want stop calling even after the problem is resolved. I received seven call from them is one day. I'm a co-signer on a student for my daughter, but they are not calling her.
