Message that something of a "time sensitive nature" and come across their desk and needed by prompt and timely attention>with a case number attached.  These callers call from different numbers and it is always the same>but interstingly the case numbers are NEVER the same.  This is definitely a scam !!

my friend received a message for me on her phone and this number hasn't even attempted to contact me on my phone. if it is for a payday loan, they tried this from New Jersey last year and I helped with getting them shut down because they are scam artists. they can't provide you with your loan documents and they are very rude and nasty threaten to do things but never do. I really don't want to go through this again.

THESES PEOPLE KEEP CALLING ME AND THEY WONT STOP AFTER REPEATEDLY BEING TOLD NOT TO STOP ASKED FOR ADDRESS INFO TO SEND IN A CEASE AND DESIST THEY REFUSE,,, THIS IS A SCAM AND IM LOOKING INTO SUEING THEM. IF THEY CALL YOU PLEASE DONT FALL FOR IT.

These people called my mother, claimed they were trying to get ahold of me.  I live in New Mexico.  They then violated the FDCPA by telling her they intend to take court action because of a loan I took out supposedly in 2005.
