I have received numerous times from this number.for over a year.  Today they asked if my name was so-and-so.  It was my wife's name badly mispronounced.  I explained it was my wife's name.  He then asked to talk to her.  I said she was not home.  He said good bye and hung up.  My wife did make a couple of donations to these people over the years as they had a good story on helping out injured or dead police and fireman, and their families.  I did the research and they are crooks.  Less than 5% of what is collected actually goes to these foundations.  Go on line or call the organizations and you will find out what I did.  They are very good at what they do though!  DO NOT BELIEVE THEM.   However, if you are tempted to believe them, I have some great investment ideas for you that will make you a fortune with very little money in a very short time.

Comes up as INFOP but if it was really INFOP I'd think that they'd not continually call when told no, but that's what we've had happen. After a # like this calls, dial *60 and you'll have a way to block it.

This # 317-559-5599 comes up as INFOP on caller ID has calls multiple times a day. I have had 3 calls in a matter of 4 hours just this morning.

The caller isn't really with the FOP. It simply said IN on my caller ID this time, but I've gotten calls from other numbers (all area code 317) that show IN FOP or POLICE PROTECTI on the caller ID. Once I answered and the guy claimed he was soliciting donations for the families of officers fallen on the job.

Whoever is making these calls I would guess got in trouble for identifying themselves with the FOP since they are now using a different name (that shows up on the caller ID), and have used other names, too. They must change the name and/ or number whenever they're reported to the FCC.

The caller doesn't comply with the DNC list (I'm also on the list) because the calls aren't from a legitimate organization. It's a scam and I really hope the FCC catches up to the person/ persons making these calls and takes legal action against them.

Try blocking the number, usually *60 and follow directions

We have been getting calls for 3 days now.  We don't answer because I always look up the number first on here. They do not leave a message and the caller ID now says "IN"  that is it.  Not the security name others posted about or FOP (which we normally see when it is them calling)

Good luck with the State Attorney Gen Offc.  I filled out data three weeks ago about harrassing calls from Wells Fargo Bank.  Not only am I still getting those, now I am getting calls from this Indianapolis number too!

I got 2 calls from this # today, no message, caller ID just says IN.

I just received a call from this number a few minutes ago.  I have been getting calls from this number for quite a while at all times of the day even on Saturday morning.  I don't answer and they don't leave a VoiceMail message. I am a telecommuter and use my phone for business purposes.  I have to keep the phone line available so my manager, supervisor, and co-workers can contact me.  I screen my calls and do not answer if I don't recognize the phone number. If it is someone soliciting it's a waste of their time, I have selected the charities I wish to donate to and will not give to any organization calling me on the phone. Please stop calling me.

I keep getting calls from this number 317-559-5599 Secdata Solution never leaves a message, and I dont answer when they call, sometimes just 1 time, sometimes 2 times 2 or 3 days a week, dont know who it is and dont want to know getting tired of getting them early in the morning or late in the evening!!!

they call before 9am everyday and wont stop o work midnites and they wake me up everyday and they hang up on me when i answer very rude also call from 317-559 5534

Got a call at 8:30 am from this company now using number 317-559-5515 ! Man said I work directly for the State Police ! I could hear others in the back ground doing their rounds of calling also . I just hung up grrrr they woke me up! I do not believe for one minute this was for the state Police !!!!!!!!!

They say they are calling from the Indiana Fraternal Order of Police and they are looking for donations. I tried to track them down a few years ago in Indianapolis, but had no luck. I don't know if they are legit or not, but I wish they'd lose my number.

I have gotten 2 calls from them now early in the mornings around 8:45 and it's getting really annoying. I don't know what to do to get them to stop its really bugging me since I don't wake up till around 9:30

I just rechecked my caller ID to double check the number.  I now recall the caller identified that he was calling from the IN State Police, asking for a minimum donation of $25.00.  I finally told him that I could not even afford a $5.00 donation and hung up.

I also got a call from this number and I, too, am on the Do No Call list.  It does no good to request that your name/number be removed from their list.  They will continue to call.  Best solution is to report them to your State Attorney General as well as the FTC?  That got me results when I lived in AZ!!

Like others, just received a call where they identify themselves from the Indiana FOP; however, caller ID shows SecData Solutions 317-559-5599.  I went thru my caller ID and it does look like they've been trying to reach me as of 3/21 (7 calls; no messages).  I will definitely contact the IN FOP; similar to other posts, my number is on the DNC list.

This number is for fund raising for the Indiana Fraternal Order of Police.  I called the Indiana FOP to register a complaint.  Even though my number is on the DNC list they took note of my number again.  The woman I talked to said they are aware of this company, Secdata Solutions, at 317-559-5599.  They have a contract with this company and cannot break the contract but "are working on it".  I STRONGLY suggest to barage the Indiana FOP with customer complaints regarding this company.  The IN FOP number is 1-888-635-0599

For many days now I've had this # and Secdata Solutions on my caller ID.  Never any message.  This is another I'm going to report as I'm on state and Federal no-call lists.  (Are those even for real?)

these jerks have called 4-5 times daily for the past week and never leave a message.  They call EVERY morning and wake everyone up.  Today I had a chance to run to the phone and catch it and the guy on the line yelled my name, and I asked "who is calling", and he yelled my name again and I asked again, "who is calling please", and the jerk hung up.

Some one calls. Leaves no messg. Crazy to think somebody would want to pick up a phone when everyone in the world has Caller I.D. Why don't they cut them off. Turn their service off. Do something 'bright' as a phone service. They could impress us!  Guess that would be to hard to do. Phone companies don't really give a damn. They just want your money.  Crazy world. Dangerous place. I told that I gave. They wanted to get more!  ha ahaaaa... makes me laugh.

I researched this number because like you guys, we didn't answer not recognizing it.  Found out it's FOP from here.  My husband is a trooper and even we don't give to them/aren't a member.  They do not offer any support/not any type of union that we've ever seen. The FOP doesn't have any sort of power or anything that I'm aware of.  Sounds fishy because generally the FOP calls directly, not from some secondary corp.   Wish they would stop calling us.  :(

they have done the same to me. i just called the number back. they have two different voice recordings that play every other one oone time and the other the next. ive left a message twice complaining for us.

These idiots keep calling my number too.  I'm on the do not call list.  Apparently this company isn't complying with Indiana law.

This number "SECDATA SOLUTION 1-317-559-5599" called twice today. They called, let the machine take it. Didn't leave a message. Not 1 minute later it called again. I am from Indiana. Recognizing the 317 as an Indy area code, I picked up. This person, who has a great radio voice, was speaking on behalf of the Indiana state police association trying to get me to sign up for a membership to help the fallen officers and their families. I hung up while he was halfway into his thing. Have all the respect in the world for the Indiana State Police, but why must you call twice in a row? You're that hard up for my money?
