Why is it funny? A sansui stereo setup listed for $500 two days ago (ad got flagged pretty quick it seems because now it is gone)....completed listings on ebay show the exact setup he bought on ebay for $325.

Buying on eBay and the flipping for an even higher amount than the TOP DOLLAR ebay prices...and then saying he wont sell to flippers. HAHAHAHA! Chuck you do realize you are flipping right? No shame in that, but shame on you for being a hypocrite and trying to rip people off.

Any attorney can send a letter requesting infomation. That is a fact with Craigslist when legal issues pop up. I would believe all this is leading to a civil court. Also if prosecutor is involved then some fines and time will be levied. Not to take sides but I would not want to be muskie or others that are involved. I am in prelaw and clooect vinyl as a hobby. I have watched yhis and current post on craigslist. Civil rights etc have been broken and I believe this aka muskie should do one of three things. Stop, back off. Two appoligize. Three most important, retain a very good attorney. I will not be available till I pass bar exaime. But I would not defend a losing case.
