3176440547 and 3176021157 calling leaving no msg hanging up

Yes, they call all the time and won't leave a message.  They call for my adult son.  I have told them repeatedly, that he is not here and don't call again, but they keep calling.  The person on the other end will not say who she/he represents.  Who are these people?

Got a call from this number on my cell phone today.  Caller ID only showed the call was from Indiana.  No message left.  Called the number back and a recording came up indicating I had called Diversified Consultants.  I hung up after that.  I have gotten a few calls from different numbers from this company over the last month or so.  An internet search revealed Diversified Consultants is a collection company of some sort.  Unsure as to why they would be contacting me as I am not behind on anything...at least I'm not aware of anything outstanding.  Would probably benefit the company greatly if they would actually leave a voicemail message letting the person know who was calling and why.  I imagine they would receive more call backs than they are currently receiving.  One more number to add to my blocked callers list!
