Calls several times, no message.

This # calls once a week..I never answer & they never leave a message..I'm glad I decided 2 Google the #..Now I'm really glad I don't answer..#1 rule..never answer a call if you don't know the #...

This number has been calling me once every week and when I finally answer and said hello no one said anything back. like they were just holding the phone in silence

This is not the first time I have received an odd (317) number; I believe it to be a telemarketer.

This number has called 7 times in the last 2 weeks and never left a msg.  They're calling on my cell phone which is beyond irritating.

Getting calls from this number. Never answered.

Same thing just happend to me. Did not answer.

Just received a phone call from this number. (720pm PST) I did not answer and declined the call, which sent it to voicemail early. The voicemail was 3 seconds of inaudable chatter. The caller ID on my cell phone reads "Plainfield, IN."

Yeah this is a survey about a recent doctor visit that you may've had. Someone calls you but shortly after (if you agree to do the survey), they connect you to an automated survey line. Just called them back after seeing this website but thanks for everyone's info on the line otherwise id press the BLOCK NUMBER button. haha

Called this evening showing as Unknown Name.  Did not answer and they left no message on recorder.

Calls daily at least 2 times but does not answer or listen to my call answering Machine. Finally called back and didn't they pick up or have a message. I do not answer any  irritating callers or business I do not Know but am tired of scanning all the phone calls i receive

Survey company working with Dr's office.

I told her the same thing I told them before.  I choose my Dr.  if I am not happy with my Dr then they will know it and as long as I am happy then I will continue to go to my Dr.  I don't need nor want any stupid survey calling me.  The fact that I am still going to the same Dr should be answer enough.  

called and wanted me to answer a few questions about the medical group i was a patient at. Legit, altho i hung up on her, just b/c of all the bogus calls a person can get that are just hunting for info, and also the # (area code) was unfamiliar to me.

It must be a big telemarketer because the same thing happened to me from this same number.

Had a call from this number this afternoon but I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer. No message was left.

i just recieved a call from this number too.. no voicemail.. only said it was from Indiana.

Please take my name and number off your mailing list immediately and permanently. Also, no one at this number is permitted to sell, trade, or give my number to any other entity without my written permission.

the man on the line asked for my husband by name, since he wasn't home the man said his name was Eric Mills and my husband had his cell number to call back. We don't know an Eric Mills. Thanks to the comments here, I know not to answer the phone next time this # comes up.

This is a survey for recent doctors visit.  For some reason they don't always answer back when you pick up. Probablly an agent trying to game his luck by not taking calls when guys answer?
