They said they got a hold of someone in my unit but wouldn't tell me anything else

who are these people

Same thing happened to me on 10/18/13 and they said that my husband had charges on him and he better. Call them so they can serve him at his home or job but they didn't say name of their company

Please do file reports with the FBI, your state attorney general and Department Of Justice,FTC & FCC..

A Phone message was left for my son on his dad's phone.  The lady leaving the message spoke loudly and fast.  Some words were garbled.  She never left the name of the firm she was calling from.  She said an order was sent to (a lady she named) office with charges claimed against my son.  She wanted his phone, address and work information. She gave a claim number with a number to call:  855-733-9196.  I called the number .No information was given on the identity of that company.  A message played saying if you know the extension, etc., otherwise dial 0 for the operator.
This reeks of a scam to me.  Anyone else have this happen?

I also got a call from this number and when i called back it said that this investigation department does not accept incoming calls. I have no clue
