Called and said they are a credit agency.  I've never given my cell phone number out (I don't think?) and yet they called about credit.  Hmmmm.  I don't have any credit cards.

I called twice and made payments to them over the phone and now they call over and over again wanting me to make another payment after I send them in the mail.  Very annoying.  Will be notifiying police if kept up

I just got done dealing with these people and all went fine..We ended up settling for half the payment but remind you that you will have to pay an agreement all at once.. The lady that handled my account was Mrs Walker which was very nice and made you feel more comfortable dealing with the whole situation..I do know that the hospitals ect will settle easier at the end of the month so they can get their books cleaned up of unpaid debts..

whatever you do dont speak to mrs. green she is evil and always breaking the law. if you do get her on the line imc records all thier calls so call an attorney and get her fired. i am suprised the company puts up with such a hateful person. she must hate her life to treat people the way she does.

Why would he refuse to give the creditors name? How would that benefit him. Your telling this person to call a collector and instantly be combative.How is that gonna help? At the end of the call they still owe the bill.And then your telling them to call the person they owe and falsely accuse the agency of harassment...how irresponsible and disgusting!People don't realize that without the "collectors" your hospital and credit card bills and interest rates would be higher than they are now , because of lost revenue!

I beg your pardon ...yes they do call people liars....they called me a liar on the bill that was paid and I sent proof of payment ...now have to resend...dont say things that arent always true just because you owed and paid...they have talked terrible to me several times...and I dont owe one penny..

I have been harrased by IMC also...I called the hospital and got an itemised bill...they grouped it was other charges...Im on medicare and have secondary insurance...my secondary sent me the carges and the cancelled check they had that was cashed...I sent aLL THE COPIES...ooops they called 2 months later they didnt receive it,,,couldnt find my copy so my ins is sending again....dont pay til you know the billing and payments...have clairen send you all the itemised bills they are horrible at sending people to collections and then put on your credit report...make it as hard on them as they do others...its happened to me several times and I have found errors every time...make a difference and stand up...sorry of your loss...

call from IMC Credit, a heifer named Lynn. Was absolutely the rudest, most ignorantly-spoken "professional" I've ever had the misfortune to listen to. Mean-spirited, closed-minded, and embarrassingly ignorant, it's easy to see that this blood-sucking, soul-less desk droid is indeed working (thieving)on a commission basis. As for the above post stating "they are way more professional than that," ie, calling people "liar," --- what a laugh. The only position these thugs could possibly earn with the word professional in it is "professional tool."

I got letters from the over two bills from services that were rendered due to an auto accident where an impaired driver came across the center line and hit my husband head-on. I have health insurance and they have paid all the bills. I kept getting these two bills from the hospital. I had our lawyer send letters regarding impending payment. Finally I got these two letters from IMC saying that we owed the money. I called them and tried to explain that we were working on getting these paid and that we had these bills because of someone else's negligence. She didn't want that answer.

She told me that I had 90 days to pay it in full or it would be reported to the credit bureau. She wanted three payments of $300 to pay it in full. I called the hospital and they said they couldn't see where those two bills had ever been sent through insurance. Some kind of glitch. Whatever. So they resent them to the insurance. She (from IMC) told me that I would have to go ahead and pay the payments and then they would reimburse me for the overage. I shouldn't have to pay it at all. (1) the bills wouldn't have been incurred if the person hadn't hit my husband, so his insurance should pay it and (2) it was the hospital's mistake that they didn't bill it in the first place.

do you people out there Not know that every department in the medical fields bills seperatly...labs,doctors,hospitals,radiologist and on down the line? i mean really...how stupid is JOHN Q PUBLIC anyway? just because you have never heard of a lab means nothing! doctors and hospitals outsource services...if the doctor had a nurse draw blood, they pass it on the the lab and it can be offsite from where the blood was taken...these lab professionals do the testing and provide the results your doctor...the doctor charges you for their person to take the blood and the lab charges you for testing the samples...the hospital may even charge you for the needles they used...so for one blood test you can get at least 3 bills...before you go bashing the collectors for not providing information ,that by privicy laws they may not have access to...talk to your physician/health care facility...find out who your gonna owe BEFORE you have services...

My account represenative was also named Kari and if she was nice to you good for you but she is never available when i call and i have called several times about my account...and i never even get a return call...so more power to you if you can even get her on the phone

IMC called and tried to collect a debt from a person with another name.  In the past they have been very rude.  I immediately told them that the person they are looking for does not live here and to not call me back.

Got a call from Mrs. Blades or Mrs. Blakes yesterday, not sympathetic at all, kept mentioning where I work and that I work so I should pay my bills, even explained my situation. She didnt want to work with me for a payment arrangement, she said pay the whole thing or they will report it to the agency and file suit as of today, and she kept mentioning where I work. She was snickering and I was crying my eyes out afterwards, I know I owe money I pay when I can but she made me feel so terrible. Can they really file suit for a $200+ money you owe? Won't they pay more with lawyer fees and such...
