They call me constantly about a 8 yr old debt that I filed bankruptcy on. And told me that I would be locked up.

Received a call from the number 317-863-0217....popped up Name Unknown so I sent it to voicemail....they left a message about a returned item being attached to me and that this is Elizabeth Childs and she is a consumer Fraud Investigator....she asked me to call 704-412-5676. I have looked this number up and it is a number used in scams from debt collectors.....If you receive calls involving either number research it....

Person asked for verification of my address and knew my last 4 of social security. She claimed she needed info, because a civil complaint was filed against me.

i think its collection agency
