Constant calls day and night

They just called me. The woman was rude and hung up on me when I told her I didnt know when to reach the person she was asking for

Called I wasn't home so no answer. Researched number and see its a collection agency from Indianapolis; never had any business in Indianapolis.

Calls and calls and calls.  No message.  I have never answered; usually don't if I don't know the number.

caller keeps calling cell phone and never answers when you say hello and never leaves a messsage??? i wont call back because the call comes up unavailable and i think it is some kind of international number.
