Got three calls from this number yesterday asking if we could take in evacuees from the resent storm.  They were told three times no.  When we tried to call back during the day it was always busy.  When we called the number last night it said it was disconnected and no longer in service.

I have gotten several call from this number and no one says anything. I tried caling it back but I keep getting the message your call can not be completed as dialed.

Rec'd several calls from this number.  I answer the call today and a saleman stated he was calling on behalf of the GE Home Security Service and was requested to put a GE Security Sign in my yard.  I told him I was not interested.  He asked if I had home security services which I responded, "yes".  He thanked me for my time and hung up the phone.  Now I will monitor to see if GE Security will keep calling since I did inform them I was not interested.

someone needs to do something about these nuts. Seems they should get a job or at least a new hobby. They have called numerous times to our phone and the same thing happens as everyone else reports.

Picked up the phone, said hello several times, but no one was on the line. I heard no background noise or anything. I called them back twice, but the "call would not go through as dialed."

Picked up said hello,the voice said good bye!!

The first 4 numbers after the V always denote the date. For example in your case the id is V0824...   08/24 = August 24th.

They aren't looking for a counselor....it's a scam using GE's name. They want your personal information.

I got one also.  My speculation is that it is an automated call going to thousands of numbers.  When people, like me, that answer it is noted as a "good" number and sold to telemarketers.

Tired of this "prank" calls. They call during the time of day when I have left the church & the number "rolls" over th the parsonage. I do take calls after hours from those I counsel, but this was made to look like a call fom somewhere in North Louisiana (the area for North Louisiana is 318.

I just got the same recorded voice saying "goodbye" too.  Weird.

Got a call from this number and the woman said she was with GE(?) home security systems and this was a courtesy call.  Very noisy in the background...  she then giggled and hung up.

I too had a call from this number on my home phone.  I figure it was a call to see if anyone would answer. I am anticipating another phone call from a person afilliated with this number. UGH!

Had the following #'s instead of a company name: V07021559040014 and then the #318-522-8802. Didn't leave an actual message on the machine...they just held the line for a few minutes, then hung up.

Recorded message said good bye. Not able to call number back due to being disconnected.
