Number is from ? QWEST Communications is the carrier out of Ceder Rapids IA. Still looking into it. I'm on the Nat. do not call list. I am reporting all these numbers that keep callin. It may be att.

I tried to call 319-243-3293 back but got a fast busy signal. They left a 2 second message and hung up.
I wonder if it is AT&T fraudulently trying to collect $100 for a modem. I foolishly got DSL from them. They sent me a modem and then wanted $100 for it. After I bought a modem for less than $40 I returned theirs to them IN an AT&T corporate STORE and have A RECEIPT.
Of many businesses I have found only AT&T over-charges for returned merchandise. I asked if I could bring it back. They said no problem. They didn't say the AT&T fee is 100 % for restocking.
Of course I am pissing in the ocean because there are so many complaints saying AT&T has horrible customer service mine will make no difference. AT&T also has it set up so they can?t be sued. I guess when you run a scam operation like AT&T as I allege it makes sense to make sure you can?t be sued.
