Dish Network took money our of our bank account using our debit card. We filed a complaint with the bank who investigated and determined Dish Network acted fraudulently, and the bank ruled in our favor and refunded the money to our account. DOUCHE NUTJOBS (aka dish network) is pissed and have been harassing us calling from this number and other numbers with same area code. They can call till they turn blue in the face.  
my suggestion? Get your hands on a postage paid box to return your stuff and fill it full of bricks and mail it. Let them pay the postage.

it's DISH NETWORK. Losers who try to collect a debt that is not owed. They are fraudulent.

This number calls me 4 times a day!  I have never answered hoping they will just GIVE UP!!  But it persists constantly.  THe caller ID says it's a land line from Waterloo, IA.  On Google it says it's Quest Corporation ... whatever that means!!  October 30, 2008

It is a man that calls and asks for me by my first name, like he knows me.

I recieve a call from this number everyday at least 4 times a day, even late in the evening. I never answer the phone. I thought it was because of one of those online schools, so never thought nothing about it, but today was just a little bothered that so early in the morning again they were calling, thought maybe was a friend or something with a new number, so i decided to look it up online, it's unlisted of course, and found all these postings of this very same number. I don't believe that it's from dish network, or any legit company, who calls your house at 10 pm? the number is from Iowa.

Yeah I just googles this number because they call me everyday like 3 or 4 times a day! I don't answer it, knew it was a telemarketer, and am glad I'm not the only one! At least now I know it isnt a serial killer calling to see if we are home. LOL Thanks for the reassurance.

they call me almost every other day and say if you are john smith please continue to listen if not please hang up or disconnect. I did hang up few times and they keep calling, last time I listened further it says "by listening to this call you acknowledge that you are john smith... doesn't give me any option....

I have recieved numerous calls from this number, but I never answer because it is not a number I recognize, and I do not owe any debts.  I checked the area code and it is from the Cedar Rapids area.  Since I am tired of dropping what I am doing to answer their calls I Googled the information on my caller ID and I find that this CBE is just another scam.  I will notify the Indiana Attorney General's office and see if we can help put them out of business,,,at least the business of annoying people with their shady practice.

I googled 'CBE Group', the company that several of you have mentioned, and there is a location in Waterloo, IA. Whether this who is actually calling, I have no idea. But other people seem to be getting Dish Network. I'm guessing this is either total BS or fraudulent.

Remember, the definiton of 'fraud' is theft by deception, so if anyone tries to get your financial information or sell you something shady, report to an Attourney General's office in your state.

i also have ended a dish network contract about a year ago with no penalties. hopefully someone is harassing this lady as well.

This number keeps calling me. For the past three days I told them not to call me no more and everyday 3 more calls. So today I said no I wasn't there and that it was the wrong number and the lady began to argue with me saying that she knows that it was me that she had just talked to me yesterday. I told her to take my number off her computer and stop calling. I guess I'll find out at 8:30 AM if she did or didn't.

Very rude female caller, demanded to know who I was; refused to say who she was. told her never to call my cell again. Suspect it is Dish Network, calling about someone else, as I have never had Dish or any satellite TV service.

they've called more than once now and I am on the government do not call list.  These people are strange, deceptive and harassing.Today I filed a complaint through the Do not call site.

I too have just ended my dish network service about 3 months ago and now I get this number on my caller I.D. about 3 times a day but won't leave a message.  My caller I.D. shows this number from Waterloo, Iowa.

Some female named "Amanda" wants me to return her call at a toll free number but won't say what it is about. I looked up the number on the caller ID whish is different from the one they give you to call and found that it was a DISH NETWORK number but "Amanda" never tells you that and it seems they think everyone walks around with a pen and paper in their hands to write done the number they give you.

It's a recording from "Amanda" asking me to call back.  They are calling my cell phone (the pre-paid type) everyday except weekends.  My name isn't associated with this phone number...no idea how they got it.

It is a recording asking me to call amanda at that number I did and another recording asking me to call back in 15 minutes that they were unable to answer.  I still get calls from them

The # is from Dish Network in Waterloo, IA. Let me tell you my story. They took money our of our bank account using our debit card number. We filed a complaint contesting the charge. Our bank investigated the matter and determined Dish Network acted **fraudulently** and ruled in our favor, and refunded our money. DAMN NEANDERTHALS (aka dish network) have been calling from this number and other numbers with same area code. We do NOT owe any debts, nor have we EVER owed any debts. THEY CALL 9+ TIMES A DAY.

SUGGESTION: Get your hands on a DN postage paid RETURN box like they send when wanting their equipment back and FILL IT FULL OF BRICKS OR WATER BOTTLES; SEND BACK AND LET THEM EAT THE POSTAGE. It's a great stress reliever....trust me......I KNOW! ROFLMAO
