Called several times and will not speak when we answer. Very annoying

This is a collection company who now uses local phone numbers to mask their calls. They hope to trick you so you think its someone in town calling you when its actually them from out of state.

I get numerous calls from unknown numbers, this being one of them.  I simply do not answer any no. I do not know.  I do question if it's coming from my Magic Jack phone service.  But don't really care, for 20.00 a YEAR for my phone service and I don't answer them anyway.....it's still a great deal.
