He's a jerk.

I just got a call from this guy and he just sat there.  The caller ID says his name is Frank Grendler.

To follow up on the most recent post, I got this jerk good.  Our phone system at work has the capability to transfer calls both internally and externally.  I programmed one of my programmable speed-dial buttons to dial the IRS Tax Fraud Hotline.  When I see ol' Frank's number pop up on the Caller ID, I pick up and really quickly hit "Transfer" and then the speed dial button.  He hears a quick click, continued ringing and then he's connected with the IRS!  After the first time, he called back 15 seconds later, so I did it again.  He's tried to call back a few more times, so I've gotten to where I'm really enjoying this and hoping he continues to call.  If only I could hear him or see the look on his face!  Maybe next time I'll transfer him to a Pizza Hut in Seattle or perhaps a strip club in Arkansas...

This call is from a guy named Frank with Maintenance Engineering, a lighting company based in North Dakota (though this guy is based in Iowa).  I dealt with a pleasant salesperson locally (mid-Atlantic region) from this company several years ago for a small order of lights, which seemed to be decent.  However, as it's come time to start replacing those lights, I've identified cheaper sources online.  The guy I dealt with originally came to his senses and left ME (read some of the scams this company puts it employees through online) and I've dealt with him and his new local company a couple of times.  Recently, this guy Frank from ME has been calling me non-stop, trying to make small talk (like the weather, etc.) and push a free gift onto me, along with (of course) some new lights.  I'm sure they cost about three times as much as Home Depot charges.  He got really persistent trying to pawn this crap off on me, and I finally said I had to go.  He's been trying to call back repeatedly since then, but thank goodness for Caller ID.  He never leaves a message, which is fine with me.  Beware and don't let them ship you anything.

Whoever this fool is, he is annoying and very rude.  He calls once a day and asks for the owner. If the owner isn't here, he wants to know when he will be in.  Then he just hangs up.  I"ve tried calling the number back and it's busy. Block his number!

The phone companies should be able to eliminate scam callers such as this a**. If he was in bussiness for real no one would keep a non proffessional as this one if he calls us again he will be reported to the phone company as harrassing a bussiness.

We continually receive calls from this number - the person calling is very rude and hangs up abruptly when told the person they are calling is not available.  Will not leave their name or message.

guy keeps calling saying his name is Frank Jordan....manufacture engineer....he is a crock of it.  he will ask you all kinds of questions about the company trying to get inside information for whatever bogus reason.

complete horses rear.  extremely rude. hangs up.  this guy needs some self help books.

Someone needs to stop this idiot from harassing businesses. Calls asks questions and hangs up before you can answer. Tried to call back and was disconnected 3 times. What a complete JERK!

your right, he is a jerk. he is trying to sell light bulbs that cost way to much...i have bought them in the past and are a pretty good product but are WAY over priced. i'll be calling the main office to report him.

We've gotten the same calls (319) 277-4755 numerous times within the last 2 days and when I finally gave the call to the person "Frank Jordan" from "Manufacturing Engineers" was requesting to speak to, no one would answer but the call was still connected.

This guy is a total jerk!  Does anyone know what he's really up to??

This guy is an a$$hole.  He calls my work, demands to speak to this guy who is in the office maybe once a month, and then demands to know when that guy will be in, and as I am trying to assist him, he hangs up on me.  He is a jerk.
