Got a call from this number on my work blackberry. Called back and was connected to a live rep in less than a minute. They told me the name of the person they were looking for, explained that it wasn't me and that I just got this number recently. He apologized and marked the record as a wrong number. Quick and easy, contrary to other experiences here. Now, if they call again, I'll be annoyed. The guy with my # before was a delinquent. I've gotten calls from the power, gas, satellite, and cable companies for past due bills.

I have started receiving calls from this number as well.  I don't know them and don't and have never owned Dish Network.  How do we get this company to stop calling our us?!?

I missed the call and tried to call back but got the "all circuits are busy" message. There are no phone problems in the area

I keep getting calls from this #....My caller I.D says "Waterloo, IA".....I call and get the CBE group...they are busy, try back later in 15 min.  they say they are on Central time....I call their time  and still no answer....I get nothing when I pick up the phone and nothing when it goes to answering machine....very very annoying....

Call this #....to have them take  you off their list....it's the CBE group...collection agency....Lady was very apologetic and nice...319-234-6686

Keep getting phone calls from this number 319-833-1308 and they'll call 3 to 4 times a day and never leaves a message.  I'm starting to get very annoyed with this.

Calls daily (or multiple times a day) without leaving a message or responding when I pick up. I called back once, and a lady answered, but then she hung up during her introduction. I tried calling right back, and got a message saying their office is closed. What? I just got a live person not 5 seconds earlier!

I have NO debt whatsoever and no business with any debt collectors. Whoever they are calling for, it isn't me! These calls wake me up and disturb my homework time. Frustrating!!!!

This number calls me everyday, several times a day.  When I answered today, they kept me on hold for 10 minutes and when they finally got on the phone they were speaking spanish.  I told her she had the wrong number and she started with an attitude about don't be rude.  I said several other not so pleasant things and then hung up.  This is absolute harrassment!

These people call me every day at 9 am in the morning without a doubt i can be asleep and at 9 am i know that its this CBE company. I have never answered it but if it's from Dish network i have never had an account with them..

In my opinion, Dishnetwork lied from the beginning with the TV Commercial AD ...... Who Let The Dogs Out?

Please be advised that I no longer have an account nor agreement with dishnetwork.

Please get yourself together.  I owe Dishnetwork with respect too the issue of monetary funds, NOTHING.  You are trying too have me too pay for labor and services that dishnetwork should have performed for since it claimed the equipment AND demanded that I return such too Dishnetwork.  I was not obligated to returned your equipment on behalf of myself for the benefit of Dishnetwork without some compensation.  

I informed Dishnetwork from the being in 2002 pursuant too the signing of the contract that I was disabled and on Social Security Disability.

Upon notifying that I wish too let the  Dishnetwork's "damned" services - go -Dishnetwork procedures required the disassembling of the Satellite system outside. I never agreed too such. I did such myself over days. I did such over time by me not taking care of re-ordering my medication, taking care of my financial checking account etc,.  The damned Dishnetwork should have just came out too just pick up their equipment themselves.

Dishnetwork owes me monies for work and compensation for the dismantling of the Satellite system and packaging of such for shipping back too the damned Dishnetwork.

Dishnetwork and CBE Group Inc.,  Please leave me alone now.  Thank you!

They call me every day! sometimes more than once, and it's been going on for like 2 months now! when i answer, i only get a recording telling me to press one if i am Samantha Clark, press two if i'm not.....no matter if i press one, two, or nothing, it always hangs up right afterward. what the hell do they want from me, I'M NOT SAMANTHA CLARK!!! I'm only 16 too, what could they possibly want from me regarding DISH or wherever they're from? these people are ridiculous...

They just started calling my husband's work/personal cell phone today.
He didn't answer but when he gave me the number and I got on here it became obvious to me who it was. It's CBE Group, I got a letter from them asking for over $700 regarding Dish Network. Well I called Dish Network and they have NO records of the 'so-called' unpaid funds. I just reported them to the FTC Bureau. I'm not paying for something that the company in regards to the collections letter has no idea where it's coming from and all our accounts are paid in full. These people are scamming!!!

CDE Group is an Accounts Receivable Management Service. a.k.a. a bill collector. Their client list is a who's who of American and Overseas Companies.Allstate,Progressive, AT&T,Verizon,GMAC,Mitsubishi, Direct TV,Dish Network,Comcast, just to name a few. They also service Doctors,Hospitals, and other medical service providers.

Do not give them any personal information. They are trying to collect bad debts from living relatives of deceased loved ones and cancelled insurance or service provider contracts.This on top of their traditional Debt Collections Services.

I've been getting call after call. Finally this morning I called them back. They asked me if my name was someone elses name, and I said no. They said they will remove me from their callers list. I'm crossing my fingers. :)

I have been receving calls everyday from 3198331308. When I answer they do not respond. Now i just send them to voicemail.

These people kept calling over and over. They don't get tired at all. I don't know the source. So, simply I just disconnectedit and do not answer the phone anymore.

I get calls from this number 4 & 5 times a day on a business line at my job.
They never say a word, just hang up.
We are getting very annoyed by these people.

This is a SCAM!  Don't give them your information!

I got several calls from this number, and they told me they were calling for a collection on a Verizon account.  Then asked me if I could pay the bill over the phone with a credit card.  I declined, saying I don't pay ANYTHING without a bill and the lady said they would send one.  I then contacted Verizon, who says that there has never been a collection against me, and they don't know who was calling me.  Two weeks later, and I have yet to receive a bill.
