KEEPS calling and no one answers although you hear someone in background...WHAT is this ? WHY do they do such NONSENSE??

This number called me two days ago and asked me about what year my Jeep was and how many miles it had.  Then they hung up.  He had a heavy indian accent and you could tell he was in a large call center.  They called yesterday and didn't leave a message.  When they called this morning at 9:15 am, I answered and nobody responded.  They hung up after 15 seconds.  Now I am going to mess with them.

 It's funny, but not at the same time.  I got woke up by a call from 3198923904 at 12:51 this afternoon.  The guy who answered had a heavy indian accent to the point I could barely understand his questions about my vehicle.  First thought was to tell him to f off and hang up, but I asked him what he was wearing.  He struggled to get through his scam, but I kept on comming on to him and telling him how sexy his voice was.  He eventually hung up on me, hopefully I made him so uncomfortable he won't call back.  If he does I'll let sexy know he's still my man...kisses.  

Missed call, no voicemail.  I assume it is a freaking telemarketer...

Not sure who these people or why they are calling??  15 second delay and then a man spoke and asked me about what vehicle I drove.  I told him it was none of his business and he said why and I hung up.  Heavy Indian accent.

I keep getting phone calls from this number.  When I attempt to call back, I always get the same message, "Thank you for calling.  I am sorry, but our office is closed.  Please call back between 7am and 4pm, Pacific standard time."

This number keeps calling me and nobody ever says anything for about 15 seconds then they hang up.
