but really scarey how their letting ppl.use other #s making it look like its someone else my business # called my cell at 4am in morning I thought someone had broke in to my business and used my business phone to call me..spoke in a mans computer voice said ugly things..called police they said they had never heard of it ..I hadn't either until I started checking how it could be done ,,the calls continued for over2yrs...from ppls # I knew but it wasn't them that called or my cell called my cell my own cell # called my cell they can use anyones # and yes it is identity theft..but catching them an be expensive...good luck to anyone that is being harassed or threatened by spouffing..would love to sue the apps...if I were a sue person,...just a heads up for those of u being harassed mybe by a ex..or stalker....good luck....

Same thing to me. I answered it thinking my husband was calling. (He FINALLY carries his cell to contact me.) Some woman Screaming in Improper Spanish about ?????? I just added it to my block list.
However--many are asking HOW to STOP them--Do what I'vefigured out! (It HAS To HAVE a actual person--NOT a Robocall--BOO!)
Tell the BOOB that they MUST call--(give them the NON-EMERGENCY phone number of my local Sheriff) & instruct them to tell How Many & What Types of Weapons w/ammo to bring to (a ficititious building)! Everything is ALL SET to happen at (a time) It also helps Greatly to add KNOWN names of a few Terrorists--Nidal Hassan's is good. (etc)
They STOP calling completely & my corrupt Sheriff gets a few "interesting" Official "visitors" to entertain!

I just got a call from this number & answered ONLY because I thought it was my husband. (He now uses a cell to call me.) Too bad it was some Fast Talking (Improper form) Spanish seaking woman via a recording. I have been getting MANY "scam" calls on our house/public cell & KNOW HOW to "Get Even" with them! (However, it MUST be a Person calling--Doesn't work with Robocalls.)
I give the caller my local Sheriff's NON-Emergency phone number to call with such information as: "Tell them what Guns & Ammo you're bringing--everything is set for the attack at (a fictitious building)." Drop in a few KNOWN Terrorist names--Nidal Hassan's is a good one to use!
Trust me--They STOP calling quickly! (And, my local/corrupt Sheriff gets a few very Official "visitors" & does a little bit of Law Enforcement work he gets taxpayer money to do!!!)

I don't answer numbers I don't know EVER. They left a voicemail. Since I already have my cell on the Do Not Call list it really irritates me to get this type of call.

Got a call at 915am aug 4th from this number, I didn't recognize it so I didn't answer or call cack... Checked the Internet and saw all these numbers and comments.  Glad I didn't answer or call back and of course they left no message!

This number called me 2 minutes ago. It was a female voice that said, "Congratulations..." then I hung up.
Does anyone know how to block a number on an un-jailbroken iPhone? I'm tired of these calls.

If you have a cellphone it is easier to block these numbers. You can with a andriod, blackberry or iphone. You can always google how do I block a phone number with my ___(put your type of phone in). I use a call blocked pro ap for my Blackberry. Hope this helps.

Got this phone number on my company cell phone, due to policy I am required to answer it. Just some telemarketer machine. I leave it going until it disconnects. I figure if I waste the machine's time, that i s less time they can use to bother someone else...
