finger hut calls but doesnt lve a message

They can call me all they like. I owe them a thousand bucks and I'm not paying it. They rip everyone off and now I'm ripping them off. Is that fair or what? They are predatory scum. I charge them a dollar for every call they place to me and now they owe me money. LoL That's what the machine is for. They can make love to mine all day long if they like and I hope it costs them something every time they call me. I lost my job and couldn't pay them even if I wanted to. No point in telling the money grubbers that though, they don't care about anything but money. I just ignore 'em. I turn the ringer off and machine volume down and they don't bother me at all. I give 'em nothing. They can call me till Armageddon comes if they want (which may not be far off :) and I still won't even acknowledge their existence. They are nasty and I'm going to cost them as much time and money as I possibly can.

They can sue me too if they like. I will drag them through the full extent of the court with free legal aid while they have to pay their blood sucking lawyer and when they win, I still won't pay. You can't get blood out of a rock. The whole country and system is breaking down and it's all because of Obama and his Communist/Socialist Comrades and Clueless Liberals and predatory companies like Fingerhut. Calls multiple times daily.  I did buy something from them earlier this year but it is paid for in full.  They claim it is not but I have bank statements that prove otherwise.

I have told them to stop calling.  I am on the dnc registry and have filed a complaint.

It is against the law. It is also illegal to continue to call after you tell them to stop (supposedly). All you have to say is "Stop calling me" and they are supposed to stop.

I get at least three calls a day from this number.  They ask for someone who does not live here then go through a long list of options, one of which is press 5 if this person does not live at this number.  Then a message comes on and says this will be passed on, only to be called again in a few hours and have to go through the entire routine.  I think I will record these messages and turn them over to my lawyer.

it's fingerhut.  i was behind on payments but caught up and they still f'n call several times/day. not sure wtf they want but this is ridiculous and something really should be done to regulate what companies are able to do.  you owe money, fine, call me.  but stop f'n harrassing people for no reason.  it really should be against the law

This number calls several times a day EVERY day.  How do I make it stop?

It is finger hut..I don't owe them anything . I have never done business with them and now never will. Everytime they call it goes thru a series of options. One of which is" if this person does not live here press___.<number changes everytime they call>. You can not get a person even if you say you are who they are looking for. They call at least three times a day. So  since I know someone is listeniing..I bought an air horn for each time they call. Just purchased it  now I am longing for that call. Bring It ...you morons. Seriously though..who do you file a complaint with?

If you know it's fingerhut and you know you don't owe them money either tell them or just ignore the calls.

Its fingerhut - PAY YOUR BILL!

Fingerhut is a catalog company that sells over priced inferior products in my opinion.  I ordered curtains and a couch cover and they were not worth the price.  I returned them to them in the 30 day time frame and they are still trying to collect.  I WILL NEVER purchase anything from them again.

They call over and over each day. I would like to sue them too. Just let me know the lawyers name and number. I want to stop them from being able to call and harass people.

This company calls ,my cell phone at least 5 times a day with a bogus recorded message.  Tried to get them to stop.  But the calls continue and use up my minutes!

They call my phone everyday asking for a Christy, I have pressed the button to let them know Christy does not have this number, they continue to call EVERYDAY!!!!!! At the same time, they never leave a message. WHAT TYPE OF BUSINESS IS THIS!!!!!!

fingerhut violates federal credit and collection laws each and every day they have a collections dept and think that they are above the federal law they do need to be sued in classaction format

Called my house 5 times between 10:30 and 10:50. Left a message but could not understand it, it was garbled not to mention there was some type of music going on. Attempted to call the number back and was greeted by a rude individual who continued to call me insults because I am apparently a woman named "Jill Marie".

No idea what a Fingerhut is or what they do but if this is how they hound people who owe something to them, they can't be doing that good of business.

These people wont stop calling. I pressed 5 every time like how hard is it to understand that Dan Holland is not at this #. Its just getting ridiculous. I'm 14 and i dont even know what Fingerhut does so they should maybe spend their time trying to find the actual Dan Holland and stop calling me.

This is fingerhut and I even have a payment arrangement set up due to getting behind due to medical bills - they continue to call even though I have been working with them and have set up three payments for the next few months  -

If they call you on a cell phone just save the number and make it a mute ringtone.  Fixed my problem, they can call all day long, I never hear the phone ring!

I keep on receiving calls from this number. But no body is there to talk.
