I got yo call but when i call u back i can't get through

This number (+3203203232) is the number that is used for skype in various countries...
If the caller's number came up as this it means he could be anywhere and called you with SkypeOut.. ;)

I got a call today from the same number, he immediately knew my name, asked me if I know who is speaking, when I said no, he said I should guess. just kept on telling me to guess. When I asked him where he lives he says he cant tell me as it would give him away! Eventually I told him I dont have time for this game, if he wants me to know who he is he should tell me or I hang up. Hes reply to that was .... oooh, now shes getting angry .... I just kept quite for a while, he went "hallo ..... hallo" and hung up! Never phoned back again!
I want to know who and what this is about, I find it kinda scary that he knew my name, my language and after the very close to three min call duration, I realised he was maybe playing this guessing game as if he was trying to keep me on the line for as long as possible.
When I phoned the number back .... it doesnt exist!
Decided to search the number on the internet and was thrown over about the number of people posting comments on the very same number!
Is there anyone who know anything about this?????

This is the number that SkypeOut uses in various countries. If a call came from this number - it means it came from Skype  ;)

I had a missed call from this number last night - I normally answer all calls as my office phone is diverted to my cell. Ive had a strange call from a different number, the person on the other end said they were calling from Hong Kong checking the quality on the line.

How do these people get our numbers???

So strange Im in DBN South Africa & I received a call from this number at 01H00 this morning?? +320-3203232

I keep getting calls from +320-320-3232. This is really irritating especially that it rings 5-7 times with no answer each time. I'm fed up with this. It's been about 8 months and they call every second half of the month. How do I get rid of this?
