Received a call today (6-26-12) from 320-453-1698 at 8:15 AM Pac. time.  Caller asked for Amber...when told no one here went by that name and the number called has been our for a decade....she said thanks and hung up.  The caller ID said the call came from Echo Valley MN.

This is Chase Bank...the continental airlines division.   When you call and ask a question regarding your miles (if you have a chase continental card), the will call you back with an answer to your question.

This is a call thats generated a day or two AFTER you personally have signed up for Contractor Rewards program. I signed up Thurs and entered my number which they could call to verify my business name, my name and some business info. the lady was very nice, simply verifed my info and said now Im qualifeied in the program, so this if you have personally signed up for one of these programs, they did meniton they will call to confirm. she called Fri next day to confirm that i did sign up.

www.foodservicerewards.com for information.  A subcontracted company performs the information verification so that is why they do not leave much information.

Its a verification of enrollment in the program.  For restaurants and foodservice operators.  Either you signed up, a service/sales rep did it for you or someone used a random number to sign up and it happened to be yours.

Harmless.  They do not collect information, and if you want off, ask.

Someone was calling me from this number so I jumped on here to see if anyone else had received a call from this number.  I expected it to be someone calling me about warranty on my car.  Anyway...

They ended up leaving a message and it turned out to be a customer service rep from Chase giving me a status on a situation we called about.

I have also recieved these calls AND have recieved a mailing from them asking for $129.00 to complete my business opportunity. I have not responded in any way to invest in someone elses business. Phishing maybe...

Caller ID said Eden Valley MN 320-453-1698. Didn't answer, called back w/my number blocked, just rang busy. Called again, got vm for "BI" a performance
improvement service company. Further said "If you want to be taken off of our call list, please give us your name and number and we will take you off of our list-it may take as long as 5 days." What a load of BS. This is an attempt to get names and information for an undisclosed reason. I used an Austrian accent and asked for call back to a random number, with a lot of confusing garbage mixed it. tit for tat, thats my motto.

I have done more research and another number came up 888-674-2872 this is a number for  www.foodservicerewards.com.

I have had several voice messages from this number. I have not called them back because they never once left the name of the company they work for or a detailed description of what they do. All the woman, kathy was her name, would say was that I needed to call the number they gave me to confirm a recent business transaction. I have not made any that I can think of. But now that the last person said that it was the foodservice rewards, I did join that a few weeks ago. But why in the world didn't they leave that information on the Voicemail? Why didn't they explain that they were calling to confirm my account with them? They made it too suspicious.

this #rang me at 7:30 am and showed up as eden Valley. The answering machine picked up first so I let it answer. The message was from foodservice rewards and asked me to cash out my points.

This morning I had a call just like it. When I went to the reverse look up for phone numbers, this number is not found. She asked me too what our business name was and I told her that she should know who she is calling. When she started to talk about a website, she made me believe that we had placed an order or something, I told her that I had no idea what she was taking about so she ended the call very polite. I did sign the do-not-call list over a month ago so I might contact them and put in a compain.

Received a call from this number saying they were calling to verify a business enrollment for some website.  She would not say who she was with or what company was calling.  I happened to answer after hours and did not say our business name when I answered.  I never told her the name of our company as she would not tell me who she was or what she was calling for.
