no more calls call all hours i am on a do not call list

Received call 3x's a day. 4rth time I asked who was calling when they just wanted to talk to a "Jean". I told them in the State of California any one calling from a business must give there name their place of business and a contact number, I also stated that is a law and would need to be followed also in the State of california if recorded the caller/called needs to be notified period / by law. They just hung up on me. Now on my blocked list

I've been getting calls from this number and (320) 534-4332 for about a month now. Messages are always left, but it's just a brief one-second sound that is heard.
Both of these numbers call me at least 2 times a week.
Any ideas on how to get it to stop?

This number calls for a guy named Frankie M Hayworth and to push one if you are Frankie. If not push 9 and we will update our system yet they keep calling

called today, left no message.. seems weird that a collection agency wouldnt leave a message, unless they want to push the limit on what they can and cant say to collect the debt according to the FDCPA - an answering machine is their worst nightmare because its a recording that can be used if they do cross that line - but how are they going to get you to pay without threats of lawsuits and further legal action? interesting how that works huh..

Received call. They left no message. Called the number. Waited on hold and then person answered - "this is Felicia" Asked where I was calling. Felicia said "JC Christianson & Associates".

Bot called - we don't have late bills or reason for collections. Internet research shows call related to Qwest Communications. Interesting as we just cancelled them and filed a complaint against them.
