this number offered lower interest rates and when I aksed for company name they hung up

called tonight and talked to my husband offering him lower rates on his mastercard. He said he didn't have one but I did. They said they would call back. Oh goody, but I don't have a mastercard... duh!

call offering to lower interest rate on credit card. when I talked to a person he would not tell me which card, what bank etc he was working with.
DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION

We have been receiving numerous unsolicited calls, including the one from 321-000-9876.  We have learned not to answer these unknown numbers without checking their origin.  Based on an internet search others have been complaining about getting calls from this number and it was from a unnamed credit card number with a recording offering to lower credit card interest.  You first have to press "9" to speak to a human.

We have our phone listed on the no call list.  But apparently no one is enforcing it.

We need to do something to stop the potential SCAMS.

Recording stating from credit card service offering to lower interest rate. Press 9 and individual refuses to give company name and then hangs up.

Answered the call and got a recorded message asking if I wanted to lower the interest rates on my credit card.  Pressed "9" to talk to a live person who asked if it was my Visa or MC, and when I asked what company he was with he hung up.

i got a call from this number. they didn't leave a message.
