Caller offers a $50 gift card if you allow them to test the water in your home. Very persistent and often rude. Calls daily and sometimes more than once daily.

Yes I get the same calls from this Soto, Edgar.  Told them not to call us.  Not interested.

This is beyond ridiculous! I can't get them to stop calling me. It is beyond harrassment and it seems like it happens to so many people. Why can't something be done to stop it?

Call asking if you want to have your tap water tested for free, possibly due to being a new utilities customer in greater Jax, FL area.  They want to update your address first so they can send you free gifts.  You tell them "no thank you" and they ask if you care about your family drinking the water.  Say "no thank you" again and they hang up.  Then they call back a week later.

We get calls from Soto Edgar often. I don't know this person & we don't answer the phone if we don't recognize the caller
