I also got a call with the identical message. I have no friends named Sarah so I didn't respond. I got it in the morning though (9:20am) not at midnight.

Got a txt message from this number "Hey it's Sarah. www.picsharelist.com let's talk on there ;)". It was around midnight. I responded via txt and asked who it was and there was no reply.
