This Hindu piece of scum has been calling me since May 2007. It's always a different Pharmacy, different Number like 321-233-2226, 321-233-2238 and lately, 3210989-1439. If I could get my hands on his neck, he'd call no one again.

i recieved a phone call telling me that my prescription was ready and which one did i want valium or lortab.  i asked him who he was and he told me he was from healthcare pharmacy.  I also asked him how could he do this and he told me that all he needed was my credit card and he would send them on the way.   He kept asking me which one i wanted.  I told him to stop calling and he still calls about once a week.

I received a phone call at my workplace (California) from phone# 321-233-2226 from a man with an accent (Pakistani maybe?) asking for my boss (he had my boss's first and last name).  I could tell he was from some sort of call center and was screening for my boss, asking what his name was.  He said his name is Alan Parker.  I asked if it was a personal call and he said yes.  I asked him if he was a friend of my boss's and he said yes.  This guy is a fake!  BEWARE!

he called today stating he was from cvs....asking if i need zantac and something else filled....i said yeah go ahead and fill it i will pick it up tomorrow..he said..."oh no, you have to pay for it here and i will send it"....thats when i told him "oh no im disabled and all my meds are free"....and hung up on him...he hasnt called back m

KEEPS CALLING & SAYING HE'S FROM CVS & THAT MY PRESCRIPTION IS READY & NEEDS SOME INFORMATION FROM ME. I TOLD HIM I DID NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM CVS & TO LEAVE ME ALONE & NOT CALL ME ANYMORE, BUT HE KEEPS CALLING EVERYDAY USING DIFFERENT NUMBERS. I JUST DON'T ANSWER ANYMORE WHEN I SEE A PREFIX 321.

I've been receiving these calls as well. He claims his name is Steve and wants to know if I want my prescription refilled. He says he's from CVS. My concern is that he has access to what medication(s) I use- this is information protected under HIPPA. Something needs to be done. Where can I call?

I have tried everything in the book to get this a-hole to quit calling me...one day i had a pakistani friend of mine curse him out in his own language and i immediatly recieved calls from 3 or 4 differant area codes across the Us including Florida and New York. Same mode of operation...CVS pharmacy..refill my ambian perscription which i dont have...Also have been representing they are with Pill Champ. I believe that they are using computer based vonage phone numbers and calling from outside the US...ie from India in an effort to obtain credit card or personal info...I garuntee its a scam.. They can get a vonage (computer based) phone number and dial from anywhere in the world with that number showing up on the caller id. lists of phone numbers are available for as little as 1 cent a piece from sales giene..they are most likely untouchable unless the FCC consumer complaint division is notified!

I have received obscene phone calls from this number for months. The speaker is a man with an Indian or Pakistani accent. When I ask him were he's calling from he says he is with CVS pharmacy, and that my prescription is ready for re-fill. Without hesitation he then asks for the last 4 digits of my credit card. I have tried every tactic to get him to stop calling, and it always ends up with him using obscene, profane language until I hang up. This same person has called from (321)233-2238 as well. Research shows that a name and address is available for both numbers for a fee,(I did not pay for the info) and that the numbers are within Orlando jurisdiction. I am calling the non emergency complaint desk at the Orlando Police department at (321)235-5300 and ask what can be done. I will also forward this URL to show I'm not the only one....

I receive calls continually from this number telling me that my refill is due.  I repeatedly tell them to take my name and number off this list, that I do not want any drugs from them, and this guy actually argues with me!  "But, Amy, why don't you want your medication refilled?"  I have never even ordered anything from this guy in the first place.

When I asked for his supervisor, he started using obscene, profane language until I hang up. The more I engaged him/asked questions the more obscene he got. I believe he has also ude the following numbers: 321-989-1439 and 321-233-2238. Perhaps the authorities in Brevard County, Florida (the home of area code 321) can do something about this caller.

The man called and asked for my step father by first and last name and called several times throug out the same day, on the last phone call when he was explained that he was not available the man used profain words and hung up the phone in anger
