I get several calls from this number everyday! I do not answer it.  Stop it,...this is my work number.

Just got another one of these...just says "ATT"...I got one from a different number that said "ATT" and I blocked it.  Blocked this one as well...WHY DON'T THESE SCAMMERS JUST GIVE IT UP???

Surely they can't really make enough money off to warrant doing this???

Got a call from these lowlife tonight and got nothing but dead air. Now I know what to with them -- report to FTC. Here is the link (if you are on the DNC).

Based on information here, do not give any information to them, and do not press to be removed. They won't honor and will use the number to give to other telemarketer scumbags.

Statement about DSL does not appear to be true -- we are not on DSL, and more importantly, full service is not available in this area.

I rec'd a call from this number the other night phone @ 8:55 PM and caller ID showed it was ATT. I talked with the person but was not comfortable and said that I would call back at a later date.
I called ATT today (got a number from their website for customer service)and asked about this phone call. The woman I spoke to stated that ATT was calling customers who have DSL service and asking them to move to the fiber optics service. Eventually, everyone will be off DSL and on fiber optics. The call was legit but I was not comfortable and let the person I spoke to today know that.

Der Bob, there is a very ugly spam group that likes to pop up with the ID of ATT. If you get a caller ID that shows a name and/or number you don't recognize, you have a choice: Pick up the call, or don't pick it up. Also, be wary of any caller that says you should push any particular number; press nothing. If you press the number, you will be placed on a "chump list" -- and you may get more attention from telemarketers than you thought possible.

I got a call on October 12, 2013 at 9:40 am.  This was the strangest telemarketer call I have ever had.  When I answered there was a recorded message about two sentences long.  The message asked if I wanted my number to be placed on the caller's do-not-call list and if so I should press five.  I waited to see what AT&T was calling about so I did nothing.  The call promptly ended without any further sales pitch.  AT&T called me about two weeks ago to see if I wanted to sign up for television service so I assumed this call was going to be about upgrading my telephone or Internet service, which is with AT&T.  My caller ID said, "ATT."  I suspect this call was not from AT&T, but someone using a similar ID so people would answer the phone thinking it is a legitimate call.

Received call 10/11/13, caller ID ATT.  Had to pick up since I was having land-line problems my ATT service.
A man with India accent said "DSL service will be no more after the 15 or 16th of this month and they were offering a new & better fiber-optic service".  My radar went up and I told him I would check w/ATT and hung up.
Sounds like a phishing scam to me.  

Received a call from this number at 8:50pm Pacific time.  Answered and heard nothing but dead air.  Caller ID said AT&T.

Thanks to the government shutdown, there is no way to report these idiots..."Do Not Call" is shutdown until further notice.

These idiots call almost everyday but I never answer the phone. .They are not AT&T they are ATT (telemarketer). I am on the do not call list and have reported them.

I get calls from this ATT number all day starting at 9am...even on Sunday mornings.Then minutes later I get a call from a 989 area code which is Saginaw Michigan. Been happening for months. Sometimes I ignore, sometimes I answer depending on my mood.They just won't take NO for an answer! Obviously asking them to take my number off their list falls on deaf ears. Irritating as hell!

Answered the phone after probably 25 calls and after reading comments here. Was call center noise in the background. Finally 'Michelle' came on the line. I told her I was on the no call list and I had reported her. which I have. She said OK Mr. Berger. So we'll see if I get any more calls from them

If you get a call from this telemarketer, please file a complaint with the FCC and FTC: http://www.fcc.gov/complaints and https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx. If they receive enough complaints, they'll investigate. In addition, they send information on how to file a lawsuit. Information on their website says they have shut down five of these scams.

I just called at&t to check on this  number possibly being a scam.  That lady in the Fraud investigation dept.  had some kind of attitude or something.  She was rude like I was taking her time,  short temperment and very snotty talking when I ask for information about this number.
Said it could be a scam,  but she had no way to know nor time to check,.   I thanked her and hung up on her.
I guess when you're the biggest dog on the block you can treat customers however you like.

I have had calls from this number before and it looks like they are going around again. I got one yesterday and now one today. They never leave a message. As a matter of policy, we never answer if the caller and/or the number is not recognized. Caller ID says "ATT". It is not AT&T; it's a scam.

I've had these calls before and then one yesterday and today.  I never answer calls from unknown numbers and they never leave a msg on ans machine.  Caller ID says ATT but I've learned it is not AT&T.  Surely it is some kind of scam or someone who is harvesting numbers where someone will answer and then sell them to scammers who want something.

I got a call from this number the other day. It wasn't an "800" number or "unknown caller" so I picked it up and heard a recorded message with a guys voice "thanking me for taking time to hear his prerecorded call" ... I hung up befor the call was finished.

Thanks to these sites, I am wary of picking up any number and ID I don't recognize.  Sure enough this one must not have been important or they would have left a message.  Usually, AT&T uses the toll free numbers if they are legitimate calls.  I don't pick up those either, but they leave a message.  Thank you to all who took the time to leave a message.  Caller ID read "ATT"

I get the same thing but on my work number.  They call every tuesday and then nothing and the call goes dead.

Got multiple calls and called back. An automated message indicated to press 1 for english and 2 for espanol. I pressed 1 and was told that it was ATT and that I could receive exciting offers. If I wanted to be placed on there do not call list to stay on the line. After staying on the line, they identified my number and told me to press 1 to verify. I did nothing. As someone noted above, this is likely a scam of sorts. I am reporting this to authorities and my company (work phone) so this matter is resolved.

I have been receiving at least one call a day from this number, 321-244-8390 for a few weeks, if not months.  It's always at my work phone, so I've learned not to pick up because they never leave a message.  I just pick up the phone and hang it up without even answering.  I have no idea who this number belongs to or why they keep calling and not leaving any messages.

Talked to a lady who sounded like she was talking on a cell phone in a moving car.  She claimed to be from AT&T, which I doubt that she was.  The call came on my work phone, so I told her to call our purchasing department and hung up on her.  I think it is some sort of phishing scam.

Received three calls the last three days. No messages. Caller ID indicates it's AT&T.
