I missed a call from this number and when I called it back it kept saying I do not recognize the number you are calling from please enter the number you registered with or try back later but it would not let me enter a number. I think it is a scam

This number called my phone, since it was unknown I didn't pick up. They left a message about how I should go about claiming a $40 visa gift card that I was eligible for. I say scam.
