I got this call every day, in the morning or at noon. And I don't know where does it came from or why do it call.

Anyone in central Florida who's been harass by them contact Morgan & Morgan attorneys they currently have a lawsuit against them. Let's join forces to shut them up for good. Ask for the attorney handling the case is from the Tampa office let them know you would like to have a lawsuit or be a witness.

Well I get these calls too and if debt collection agency they have a right to call like that between those hours and not on weekends. Its not fair to us but the law. I usually answer and tell them " I didn't ask you to pick up my bill so I am not paying you stop calling me!" They usually do then send letters. All it is, is paper. They pay your debt to the creditor you owe then they try to get the money back. I sometimes prefer the method because you pay way less than you normally would, however it is on your credit report and lowers your score and also shows as a non payment or over so many days late.

I get so many of these types of calls, and they are all junk.  I have never owed money to a collection agency, but I suspect my number has been used by fraudulent people who run up debt and try to escape by giving them a false (my) number.  You can't make them stop.  Every time you pick up the phone, you encourage them to call more, because they then know there's a live person on the other end.

Best way to make them stop is don't pick up.  if you don't recognize the number, don't pick up.  Look up the number, and if it's a junk number, label it as junk on your phone, and you'll know not to pick up then next time they call ( and they will call again, rest assured.)

This is a collection agency and you may not be their target however your phone number could have been associated with someone who had your phone number in the past.

Doesn't have to be that you are in collection....it could be someone who previously had your phone number.  I've had it happen.

Tons of complaints and lawsuits.  Trying to collect on debts that are bogus.

I gave this number a silent ringtone, and installed trap call, I then put them on the blacklist in trap call , now when they call they get a message saying my number is disconnected,   you gotta love that app

Commonwealth Financial has called me about 700 times in the last two years that I have had a new phone number that belonged to Kim P-------.
I am going to discontinue my telephone service because of this.

I was assigned my phone number 2 years ago. They have called at least 600 times. They have fake caller ID, but I got the number using *69.
I want to check with Bright House and make sure that my long distance is free, then I plan to call them every day.
My favorite "hello" is "Have you considered suicide rather than harassing an innocent senior citizen."
They hire students to robocall numbers and pay them minimum wage.

This number 321-250-7016 has been calling here also and not leaving messages.

Got a call this morning at aprrox 9.05 am (confirmed name and the last 4 digits of my ssn... should I have?)saying I have an outstanding doctors bill $300 plus from 2008.  Have no idea what he was talking about.
