My guy's name is "Officer Eric Smith". The company is a scam trying to collect on bogus loans. FYI...you can not be arrested for a debt. That is a scare tactic for you to give them your banking info to them so they can clean out your account. DO NOT give them any information!!!

Now that i complete ignore their calls the have started on two of my friends with threats that they are going to lock me up! the guys name is "officer danny foster" and he doesn't speak good english he scam my info from a website and has been trying to get me to pay a loan i never had.  thank god for good friends because they just ignore his calls anyway!

Received a call from a Max Morris, phone number 321-275-5257.  Mr. Morris claims that I have an outstanding payday advance with U.S. Cash Advance.  I have spoken with the same person several times, but given several different names.

This individual has called me numerious times stating that if I do not provide them with credit card or banking information to settle this debt, he will have me arrested.

This is a scam to obtain credit card and/or banking information.  Should you receive a call threatening to have you arrested, notify your local  police immediately.  You can also file complaints with the FBI or FTC (Federal Trade Commission).

Guy claimed to be officer Danny Foster. I told him his accent was waaaay to thick to have such an English name, at which he threatened job loss and shame. I informed him that "here in America, people are not arrested for unproved allegations and loan applications", he hung up. I think I'll call him back.

I am a disabled grandmother and was waiting for my daughter and granddaughter to come down for a visit this morning when the phone rang.  I knew it was not my daughter because I was "talking" to her online as she had not yet left.  The first thing the caller asked me if I was wanting to go to jail.  My heart flipped over and I just typed to my daughter "I am going to jail!!  She typed back WHAT!! I just went dead inside and left her hanging on the IM while I talked with this supposed "Officer Danny Foster" from a supposed place called United Investigations.  He went on to tell me that I had 2 choices.  Either I could pay up the amount I owed this online loan place (which I DID have a loan with once but it was paid off months ago) which with fees and all would be 945.13!!!  I started to cry and told him that I didn't have that kind of money and he said could I use a credit card or debit card or one of my family had a credit card....I said no, the only thing I could possibly do would be to go to my bank and try and get a loan.  He said "Alright, I will give you until 1:00PM to call me back at 321-275-5257 with the money or I would be arrested for not cooperating.  I do not have long distance service so I could not call him back at 1:00PM.  I made a few phone calls to my city police department and to the Highway Patrol of my state and also reported this to the Attorney Generals office and I was told from a detective at the Highway Patrol that it was a scam for me NOT to turn over any money to this man or to give him any more information on me than he had already spounted out that he had on me.  My social security number and where I lived and where I banked.  Well the guy "Officer Danny Foster" called me back about 2:30 PM and my daughter wanted to answer it.  She answered it and told this guy that he had been reported to the police and the Highway Patrol and it was also sent to be investigated by the F.B.I through the Highway Patrol.  I was told that should he call again, I was to just tell him that he was being investigated by government officials and I had nothing to say to him and hang up.  This "Danny Foster" had a very pronounced accent and was quite rude not wanting to let me get in a word in.

PHONE SCAM!!!!!!!!!  Claiming to be a federal investigator with criminal charges on a payday loan of 1st $400.00  and then $300.00. he knew my social, name, work #, relatives, address... !!!! Do not give any personal info out

I received the same call from this 321-275-5257 number. The gentleman said, that I had an outstanding pay loan and I asked for the legal documentation via e-mail that were filed with the court for the legal proceedings against me. He asked if I had a lawyer and I said, "Yes!" Furthermore, told him that I work for a law firm. The gentleman immediately became biligerent and said, "See you in Court!"

OMG!!!! Are you serious???? I have gotten a third call from another foreign accented person and I stupidly paid one so-called loan off but this last one is for over 600+ dollars and I don't recall having all these online loans and adding up to 600+ dollars?? this is ridiculous!! So what do I do? Because I am suspicious with this weird 321 phone number and when I googled it and saw so many other people who have received these calls, I need help in catching these thieves!!!! I received a call from a Mac Morris! I need to know if this is a legitimate debt collector because this is not the first time I received a call from a thick accented person! I want to make sure that this not a terrorist threat to the US where they are funded by harrassing honest hard working Americans with some con or crooked scheme to get money lying about a loan I may taken out! I have received 10 phone calls all of them today from this guy with the same name Edward Williams, very annoying, now I know not to take him seriously, I'm glad I'm not the only one receiving these calls, my husband received a similiar call from a guy claiming to be a police officer and that if he did not pay an old payday loan that he would be sending his officers to our home to arrest him and this was in California and we live in NM

I Recived a phone call today from officer chris washington. he stated that the police were going to come to my place of work within the next two hours. I asked him for his information and he would not provide it. This is the 8th time he has called me a work.

I received a call from a guy saying that he is an Officer Eric Smith, he has an thick foreign accent. First of all I really couldn't understand what he was say on my voicemail. I left him a message stating that if he keeps calling me I will have his number traced and have the police lock him up for harassment, so he still calls me. I am going to file a complaint with the Seattle Police Department where he is and see what happens from there.

Too bad they don't call from the US.  It's illegal to impersonate a police officer.
I had a similar call.  I called my local police department, and the officer I spoke to said to tell them to meet me in front of the police department and Officer Rick will be there too.  So I did, they hung up on me and they stopped calling me after that. =)

same guy has been calling me Eric Smith, threatning to arrest me for a 300.00 payday loan and would cost me 3000.00 after all lawyer and court costs. I called a lawyer and she knew exactly who it was and said they were running a scam and she had been looking for him for a long time but they change their name and number. You can not be arrested for a debt!!

Also received a call in broken English, could barely understand the voicemail message that was left also threating me with a "big legal mess" if he did not hear from me or my lkegal representative. Does not identify who he is calling on behalf of or what the nature of the legal problem is.

just received the same type of call stating that I took out a payday loan and that I needed to pay or that they would send a sheriff to arrest me at my job, when I kept asking for them to fax me the info the gentleman was very rude and stated you are refusing to pay so a Sheriff will be there to arrest you. That SOB scared the crap out of me as I had never had anything like this happen to me. what a jerk

What's funny is I got the same phone call this morning with a guy with a really thick foreign accent claiming to be Jack Adams, from United Investigations. Telling me I had to pay them $533.33 from a pay day loan company. He told me he would have me arrested as well if I didn't pay them by the end of the day.

he said the exact same to me. he wasnt trying to hear me or anything. Than it got funny cause i called the people and they said its just a scam so dont answer there telephone call again. The things people do.

What I would like to know how these J*** Off's from this so called company that does not even exist got my Information. This so called Jack Adams, He knows my SS#, Home Address, Place of Work, everything. And on top of that he won't stop calling me. Ignoring the call is easy but then numerous times a day is seriously pissing me off. What have you guys done about this?

I asked "are you having fun running scams on civil americans?" and he replied "why yes".  then he turned out to be very rude and didnt like the game i was playing, so he hung up....  cant wait to here form my new "middle eastern" friend with a very american name.
