A MAN WITH A FOREIGN ACCENT TELLING ME I OWED THEM MONEY FOR A PAY DAY LOAN THAT I SUPPOSEDLY TOOK OUT WHICH I DID NOT THEY ARE CALLING ME AT  WORK AND  KEEP HARASSING ME TO PAY BACK THIS FAKE LOAN AND THREATENED THAT THEY WERE GOING TO COURT HOUSE AND FILE FORMAL CHARGES AND ARREST ME AND TAKE ME TO JAIL. HOW DO I GET THIS TO STOP?

Report it to the Police and the FBI. I have also gotten a phone call but he said his name was Officer Cliff Wilson. He had an Indian accent. He was stupid and rude. He even left a message on my answer machine. I just gave the information to the police and forward the message to them and thy said thy are sending it to the FBI special fraud department I hope thy lock all of them up. I have no problems testifying against them in court.

I got mine today,,very rude and unprofessional to say the least.Told my Mom to "Shut UP".The ones who called me has an Asian accent,even gave me my Miranda Rights...Told me they could help me today so I wouldn't have to go to "Courthouse" .Some lady so called named Michelle Reeder is the one who did this to me..I was transferred to "Supervisor " who again stated he was just notifying me about the charges at the courthouse on me and that they could help me by settling the matter before I went to jail..Told them I would take my chances with legal system.

The phone calls started the morning of March 24, 2010. A guy with a foreign speaking voice was relentless in collecting money from me for a loan I supposedly took out for $6,000 - $7,000 dollars that I have yet to pay back the money for.  I have never taken a loan out from any payday loan business in my life. The guy is threatening me and telling me that I need to send the money now and get a lawyer because they are going to take everything from me if I don't.

Now that I see what this really is, I am scared because they have valid personal information on me. I can't believe these people can get away with this!!!!!

My mom was very upset because he threaten her that he was going to lock her up if she didn?t agree to pay a debt of $1643.13 my mom is 56 years old after calling the number form my home they call my home back yesterday asking for my mom we were asked to send a fax indicating that we will pay the money back in 8 equal payments of $ 200.00 every two weeks until the balance was paid off. I called the Florida Police department and I was informed that their wasn?t  their wasn?t an officer with bag number 4225 on the force.

A man with a thick Indian accent called claiming that a friend was a "prime suspect" about to be arrested, and and that I needed to help him by giving this mush-mouthed foreign jack*** his phone number.  The Ganges bather claimed his name was "Brian Jones."

The company is a fraud shop, run by someone named "John Brock."

They find their victims by collecting names from resumes posted online.

If you get a call from these idiots, tell them in no uncertain terms to fu<k themselves, then report the call to your local FBI office.

I received a call today from "Brian Jones" had him on the phone for aboit 30 min trying to get info out of them. Called the number he gave just beeps no rings 321-285-2015 asking to settle for out of court restatution if not I would be arrested tomorrow morning. I agreed to pay him as soon as he send me corresponsents in the mail. He said he cant send anything cause the file has not been downloaded yet it is not public B.S. but whne I make payment he will send confirmation in the mail after 8 days. Mind you he is not a collector but was willing to "Help" before I go to jail. So happy I found this site after that I just hung up on him.

They called my home 3 to 4 times threating to send my wife to jail saying that there office is fixing to contact the police up here to come pick her up.  So, I called back and just started cursing and yelling letting them know that I know its a scam and that i would turn there number over to the authorities.  He claimed to be Officer Foster with a heavy accent lol all the fosters I know are white or black so then I knew what time it was and he said that he was in Florida

Received numerous calls from Michelle informing that my son was being sued by a former friend, demanding to talk to him.  I told them that a legitimate organization would be contacting my by mail so I could properly answer their questions.  Michelle claimed she didn't understand/comprehend my request.  A man took over the call and hung up when I requeste they put their request in writing. Foreign language being spoken in background.

I received a message with nothing but threats if I do not return the call. I have a cousin who is a Judge and He said to make a Police report and not to return the call, so I did and the Police said thy will forward the report to the FBI Criminal Fraud Department. I gave them the number and forward the message to them. I?m awaiting a phone call and e-mail from them. The Police did say the phone number and the information I gave them will help the FBI because thy can trace it and use the message for evidence. Lets hope thy get these people

Got a call from "Frank Jackson" Badge Number 4225

"Officer Brian Jones" called today twice 30 seconds apart despite my insistence that nobody was able to take his call.  I'm only waiting for him to keep calling and annoying me.  How the hell do we get rid of this guy?! He knows everybody who works here!

They are constantly calling and i knew it was a fraud ... please do something about them.

So called - Ofc.Alex Cooper said he calling from KS Investigations called to speak to an employee who is on maternity leave that I am filling in for and I answer her phone.  I heard a lot of Hispanic people in the background talking on the telephone and was told she needed to get back with him asap about a case.  I got suspicious and looked up KS Investigations in Orlando, Florida.  This is how i happen to get this website link.  When are people going to realize that people are not dumb.

so grateful i looked up this numer, i threatend to sue him cuz he had no proof  of anything, and i never took a 300.00 advance ever!  his name was zack rogers also, a nice indoneisian name don't ya think? i told him to go back to uzbekistan and learn the law cause this was defamation of charachter . i asked for dates of when this supposive "advance" went through my account, he refused to give me any. i have all my bank statments from as long as i have had my acc. there is no such advance ever!!! report this guy ........

i received several calls from this person. he said hes a police officer and used a false name. he harras me an told me to put in jail next day if i dont pay $300.00 right away. this person have my information. i called general attorney and report this case. please report him to his local police

I received a call from a Mac Morris and he said that I have to pay 3213.00 by friday or else I will be arrested. I filed a complaint at http://compliant.ic3.gov

I received several phone calls from the same so called company that I owe all this money and that if i dont pay i will lose my job and he will go to my job and get me arrested. Very persitant and rude.

He will not stop calling my cell or work office.. HOW do you get these people off your back if they have all your personal information?

Oh my goodness...I'm so glad I researched this number. They have been calling my employment nonstop, being extremely rude, calling and harrassing me constantly crank calling too. I'm getting all kinds of threats as far as jail and going to court. This is ridiculous. I even tried looking up the so called company which he said was KS investigations, with an address of 221 N. Hogan St in Orlando, FL with a supervisor name of John Brock...I had the same issue last week with a Jason Storm. They refuse to send any info through the mail. This is bull.

They called us 8 times.  Threatened jail and criminal offense.  Left messages.  I actually heard the guy say "YESSS" in the background right as I was about to pay them.  That's what actually changed my mind.  We've declared bankruptcy, so this should be covered under that, anyway, but it seems as though this isn't even a legit debt.  When I asked him about it, he claimed that it was not covered under a bankruptcy.  When I further asked him about it, letting him know that ONLY federal and student loans were not covered under bankruptcy, he just pushed forward with the threats.  They were asking for $485 payable by the end of the month otherwise, we'd go to court TOMORROW.  This guy had the same heavy Indian accent and, this time, called himself "Zack Rodgers".  Typical Middle Eastern name?  I think not.  We know you guys are scammers, so leave us the hell alone, or we will be forced to take legal action.

this guy called me 4 times back to back then left a message with a very heavy accent threatening me that I was going to be arrested if I didn't return his call. I called back to see who it was and now they're not answering. why are people allowed to do this?

I work in a law firm and I have received calls from clients who are constantly being attacked by these callers. We tell them to contact the police and the AGs office. These people cannot arrest you! They are not officers!

Today I received a call on my job from the number listed above.  When I asked who was calling, they kept asking me to verify my name.  I refused.  He then commenced to tell me that he was Officer Clay Wilson and he was investigating a crime of which my name attached.  He said it was a legal issue against me.  Later I returned the call and the same person that had called initially answered and I asked what the name of the company was.  He refused to tell me and continued to tell me that I needed to tell them my name.  I again refused.  He said something to the affect, well maam, it is your problem now that you wouldn't provide me with the information needed to tell me who you need to talk to in our  business.

i also recieved calls from this number only he said his name was officer mac williams he became was rude theatening with international bank fraud bad checks etc. called orlando police and reported this and called myycity police and filed a complaint with fbi    u can file a compliant at http://compliant.ic3.gov

A John Brock called me and said that I had taken a loan out with United cash Loan in the amount of 300.00 on 08/13/09.  He had all of my information.  what can I do to stop these people from calling me.  He will call my cell phone and if I do nto answer they will call me at work.  Some one need to make them stop.
