They call daily, sometimes 2 too 3 times a day. They call roughly the same times each day. They never leave a business name or even a phone number to return their call.  After 6 months and multiple reports to the "do not call list" website, the calls continue.

All you bitching and whining people need to pick up your phone and call the FCC and file a complaint about every single one of these numbers. It is the ONLY way to get them to stop calling....the fines escalate with every documented complaint.

Have their calls automatically forwarded to your state Attorney General. I Have ATT Uverse and that is a free feature. Sooner or later he will get mad enough to do something about it. Can you imagine if everyone in this country would do that.????

I just found out that I have what is called "exclusive call forwarding" on my phone. I have a list of 12 numbers that these scumbags have called me from and I am forwarding them all to the Mississippi Attorney General's fraud reporting line. They have called 2-3 times a day for the past four weeks. In the future when they call it will automatically forward the call to his office. Maybe after he gets enough of these calls, he will do something about it. By the way, I have ATT Uverse for my telephone service.
Here are a few of the numbers that have been calling me:
6173904562
3032499700
6013484420
5154215843
3342460288

7204092532
3605296177
9152175883
7042016624
3213659999
The Mississippi AG number is 6013594230

Somebody called about setting up a home energy survey, saying I could save on my electric bill. I explained that I don't have an electric bill because I have a flux capacitor that generates 1.21 jigawatts of electricity. Poor guy was clueless, said he'd have to check that out.

I have received numerous calls from this "Credit Card Company" from a lot of different numbers even though I am on both state and federal do not call lists.

I have started responding by entering 1 to speak to someone when the answer I blow a whistle! They hang up very fast.

Received multiple calls from Rachel at Card Holder Services and have reported to the national no call service on multiple occasions.   I have even held for the CSR and asked that they remove my number.  These days, I just don't answer the phone unless I recognize the number.

I don't have Caller ID so I pick up my phone.  These calls are always recorded and they always say the same thing--"This is Rachel at Cardholder Services..." and then I hang up.  I would like to shoot the company manager and all its employees, but I guess that's illegal.  But then, so is what they're doing.  I don't see any of the suggestions above that would do much good.  It's not fun being the victim of criminals, especially when you don't have any remedy.

Your Company has called me on 12-27 @ 5:46, 12-26 @ 11:49 , 12-20@2:55. I believe this is harassment under FCC rules. I plan on contacting the FCC just to make sure! I have never done business with your company and have no plans to. I will also contact the BBB to let them know as well. Thanks for all the unwelcome calls

Just got a call from this number, but I didn't answer b/c it was unknown to me.

Thankfully, I just got a new set of Uniden cordless phones and I can mute the ringer on both phones at the touch of a button.

The callel i.d. says "Florida.   It's the same old message, a woman who says, "This is Rachel calling about your credit cards.  There are no problems currently with your accounts, but...."

I hung up.  I don't have problems with my credit.  I'm registered on Do Not Call.

These are annoying calls, disruptive, and a waste of time.  I want them to stop.

Credit card scammer.  Reported to NDNC registry.

Although I selected "telemarketer" for Call Type, I believe this to be criminal fraud rather than telemarketing.

Third call since spring from "Cardholder Services." The first two, I said "No thanks," and hung up. Smarter this time, I checked caller ID and had time to see FLORIDA in big block letters (larger than normal) before the screen went blank. Caller seemed to be a black woman in her mid-to-late 30s. When I tried to get her company name and number she kept interrupting as if reading from a script about credit card interest rate reduction to 6.9 percent.  There was NO background noise. When I asked where she was, she said "central Florida." In an attempt to establish rapport, I asked, "Orlando?,"
"Ocala?," "Gainesville?" and "I went to college in Gainesville..." her abrupt response was "MIAMI" (!!) which, "everybody" knows, is on the southeast coast at the "bottom" of the state. When I asked for a number to call her company, she said to call the 800 Customer Service number on the back of my VISA card, and I would be transferred to her company. When I continued to probe, she hung up. Her "hangup" produced a strange tone. I immediately reported the incident to DO NOT CALL. It was only later that it occurred to me to dial *69 for the last number that called me. The phone company told me the last number that called my number was 1-321-304-9999.

"card holder services" calls with a recorded message to let them lower your interest rate to 6.9%, but then they don't know your number or have your name or information on your card. they ask for your information including your card number, name, address, and other information in order to chaching your accounts and open new ones in an effort to ruin you and your credit. If you ask for their call back number they hang up. If you ask their address they hang up. If you ask where they are located they hang up. They want your info and to not let theirs be know. Never give information to some one to whom you didn't initiate the call.

Phone ID showed "Florida."  The call was about lowering interest rate.  We are on the 'Do Not Call" registry, so why are we getting this type of call?  Frustrating.

Yes, I got a recorded message about my credit card? I hung up immediately. The call came from Florida. This number is new for me as of yesterday. I did register it at https://www.donotcall.gov/. If they continue to call me after 31 days, I will file a formal complaint. I suggest that all of you register your Tel #  at this government site so that you
have a recourse if they continue to call day  after day.

Please report them to the FTC... every call if necessary.  They're relentless.  Reporting only takes a minute or two and may (I hope) make them back off.
