i usually get a call from "rachel" on my home phone. i dont have caller id on my home phone. today i got a call from "samantha" from the same company. after reason some info on that company i read that they are a scam and violate some of the FCC laws including the do not call list.

usually when i press 9 or 3 depending on the message i get someone and when i talk they hang up. today all i said was "you are violating FCC laws and will be reported. please stop calling" the person on the other line sounded like he didnt understand so i kept repeating myself about 4 times before he hung up.

the FCC wont really do s*** but im testing it out to see if they will stop annoying me with these calls.

Got the call from Rachel at card services. I immediately went to the do not call registry and filed a complaint.

Voice message: "Congratulations!!! You have been randomly selected to receive a free Florida vacation! To find out more information, press 9 now!!"

I was told that I had won a cast away vacation in Florida.
12 days and 11 nights at Castaway Resort Group, Florida.
Would be picked up at the airport.
Free car and meals.
Four days and three nights in Bahamas Crouch included food and 2200 pounds.
I just had to tell my credit card number, expiration date and code, to pay for taxes.

I have to say: Be careful !

Just had a call from 132-1332-6354  (8:30 PM), I didn't bother to answer it, just as well really, I won't be answering if it calls again.

Recorded message in which someone saying "This is Rachel calling regarding your credit card account.  There is no problem with your account but we can get your interest rate reduced or words to that effect.  Then telling me to press 9 for further information.  I did so and told the person answering to stop these calls.   I am on the National Do Not Call Registry so don't know why I'm getting calls from this number.  It's an ongoing thing.  It's a great nuisance.

Got a call from "Rachel from Cardservices" today.  The caller ID gave two lines of info:
The top line had:
7410008856

The 2nd line which generally gives the caller's number was:
321-332-6354

I have been contacted by this Cardservices scam many times over the past two or so years.  We're on the do not call list.

When this call did connect with a representative (option 9 on the phone), she answered with a "I understand you're calling about reducing your rates..."

I interrupted, and said "No.  I speaking to you because you called me."

She just hung up the call without so much as a boo...

A recorded message about my rates going up.  A male asked how I pay my credit card.  When I asked which credit card "Peggy" hung up.

We have gotten at least 20 (two today) from credit card services.  "Nothing wrong with your credit just want to offer you a better credit rate".  We have asked them to remove our name from their list and they hangup on us, today I asked to speak to his supervisor and he hungup on me.  We are getting these calls too frequently.

Samantha from cardholder services calling.    So annoying.  They ignore Do Not Call registry

Again, we get these type of sales calls. Guess this caller dosen't abide by "do not call registery"

i really would like this calls to stop..

Total freakin' scam and waste of time.
