I received a call from this number last night at 11:39 PM, just fell asleep and the phone rings. Having elderly parents and thinking the worse I get up and answer the phone to hear a freaking recorded message about Disney World Resort.

I wish I could find a physical address for these buffoons and harass them in a way that would leave them unable to continue with these sort of antics.

I changed my number the same day this began 3/17. This was a business number, so I had to reprint everything, including vehicle lettering, and contact all customers. Its been awesome

Yes. I did contact my provider. All they could do was advise me to change my number, which I did immediately. This is NOT my number any longer. I am not involved. But thanks for the judgement.

When i called. It said that this call is no longer in service. And i live in Austin ,Tx. So if this is a prank call. I will place this #on my reject list. Sorry no hard feelings. Have a blessed evening.

Joshua Moore Credit services 8 different callers from 8 different states calling about credit cards don't eve4n own one next time they call Im going to say its the sherrifs dept maybe they will stop!!!!!!

More crap from the scam artists. Joshua Moore's number has been pirated by criminals and he needs to contact AT&T or whoever his carrier is. My neighbor had this happen and it was a TOTAL NIGHTMARE, AT&T and the cops weren't much help, but when legal action was threatened AT&T got it stopped even though they claimed to have no control over the crime. But the carriers do make money off of it by selling customers call blocking and "privacy manager" options that don't work. The criminals just use or spoof another number. It is a FELONY to spoof a number as well as not giving a legit address on where to send written requests to be removed from ALL calling lists. You'd be lucky  IF you can get a government titsuckler to do their job and go after the dirtbags. They need to send a triggerhappy SWAT team to their outfit and have an out of control training session on their a$$e$. Post any name and address info you come across on these criminals, maybe somebody will get over there and "fix" the problem. Since there is no catagory below for "scam", "criminals" or "dirtbags" I will list this as "prank call"

Same s*** different number different week! Don't answer numbers I don't know and especially out of state numbers ! Getting old.

How do we find out the name of the telemarketing companies that not only allow but encourage such bad behavior from employees. They have become an open forum for verbal abuse if you cannot be scammed.  Telemarketing companies are paid by other companies that hire them to market a product, right? So do these companies know how the telemarketers represent them? Do you report this to FCC or BBB or is their anyone? How can we hit them in the pockets where it counts? The "National Do Not Call" register seems useless but losing money talks.

This number called me on March 21, 2014 at 11:10 in the morning.  The caller ID read Joshua Moore.  When I answered, it was just dead air.  I know that this number is being spoofed by the Card Holder Services scammers.

No message left.  No clue who this is.

they keep calling even if you ask to be removed from calling list. Can't someone stop these people. bogus credit card services. This time it was someone named Andrew from "Card Member Services"

This is identical to the "Rachel from Card Services" scam.  The recording tells it is Card Serivices with an important message about my account and this is my last chance.  When pushing 1 to speak to someone, I get a person who wants personal info to "lower credit card rates."  I asked the name of the company and he said "Card Services" and refused to provide a mailing address, then told me to "F***" myself and hung up.

Do what I do when these assh*les call.  Blast them with an airhorn.

I just received back to back calls from Joshua Moore, 321-338-0551, but did not answer.  What is the current situation with the scam on your phone?

Stupid Credit card companies or consolidators keep trying to call me... I don't even have a credit card, never did, and never will.  If I can't pay cash for something, I simply don't buy.  So how are they going to consolidate credit cards I don't even have ..... stupid people with nothing more to do with their time than to bother others unnecessarily....Obviously they need to get a job!

If I even answer the phone, which 99.99% of the time I don't if I don't know the caller or number, simply ask them what they are wearing....usually they hang up on me and never bother me again....One time, I did answer the phone and put the person on hold for 3 hours....when i finally went back to that line, they had hung up and never called again.  Another time, I put my 3 yr old on the phone, she had fun carrying on a conversation, the person on the other end of the line obviously wasn't amused though....they hung up and never called back.  The Do Not Call list needs to be redone...it doesn't work.  So have some fun with it....If they are going to interrupt and bother my busy day...I will interrupt and bother their call.  It's my phone your calling so I can choose to deal with it however I wish and if they don't like it, they dont need to call me back....IF I even answer in the first place, which like I said, 99.99% of the time I don't.  I have a life...obviously whoever does the calling doesn't have one....

Talk to them and say you know thay are identiy thieves.  Ask if they are child molesters, drug addicts or prostitutes - as those are the sort of people who you think work for those firms.  Insult them and laugh at them.

They robo call - no list to take you off of.  They are lying scum, turn the tables on them and annoy them.

Their time you consume frees one other person from a call, and lets them know you regard them as nitwits.

Sounds like a BS story to me.... Says he gets 200 calls/hr....... I would be calling my service provider, especially if it is a cell number: 321.338.0551----they gotta be eatin' up ALL HIS monthly minutes.... Oh and by the way, I too received a call from this butt-wipe..

I asked them that too. The guy said there is no such list. I informed him about the National Do Not Call List. He told to me to "suck these balls, bi***" and hung up.

The caller ID displays "Service Message".  Blocked this one (I love my Panasonic TG6841 that blocks up to 250 numbers).

I received a call from 321-338-0551 about 11:57EDS today. The caller reported his name as David Green from Card Services.  When I ask for the location he said, "it's a secure location" and keep wanting to know my credit card amount. Since I suspected it was a scam I tried to waist as much of his time as I could.  This will be reported to https://www.donotcall.gov/  I'm tired of getting several call every day and it's time to collect money from the scammers to pay for "do not call"

2nd call today to lower credit card interest rate. Caller ID was Joshua Moore. This is the 2nd call this week in which these scammers are using another company's telephone number. The other call used the number  of an irrigation and landscaping company in Cocoa, Fl. They had to have their telephone number changed.

Recorded announcement about lowering interest rate on my credit card.  No way on earth would I give out my information to such a caller.

Got a call from this number.  Didn't answer.  Didn't leave me a message.  Sick of horrible people out
there trying to take advantage of innocent hardworking Americans!

Got this call on my phone today - something about credit cards....I hung up on them and added them to my reject list!  JERKS!

Getting these calls multiple times per day from 321-338-0551  This is a real business and he has now had his number changed due to these not so nice folks.....  Does NO GOOD to report it to anyone.  The phone company makes money by blasting out thousands of calls at once....They don't care about any of us.

glad i checked before becoming hundreds and one, Joshua. I am on the do not call registry. maybe this hoe they're getting around that.
