I cannot believe so many other people are having the same issue with these people. They continue to call after many requests to remove my phone number, as I am NOT a new homeowner and live in an apartment. I obviously do not need their services. The calls continue several times a day. The first time I asked to remove me from the list he hung up and then called back over and over again. This is definitely harassment and these people need a dose of their own medicine!!!

I received over 50 calls in 3 weeks when I moved into my new home,  I turned them into the BBB and just received a response that they would remove me from their "internal no call list".  I received calls from area codes 904, 407, 321 and 386.  They're crazy, I would tell them to quit calling and they would dial every 3 minutes and hang up.  Everyone turn them into BBB.  You can do it online and it only takes a minute!

The usual scam is they want to come out to your home, do a free water test, prove you have bad water and hard-sell you on a water purification/filtration system costing $thousands. They may even offer a refund guarantee or some ridiculous warranty. People generally report great difficulty in getting a refund or exercising the warranty. You can buy equivalent systems for much less if you shop around.

I have been getting the same phone calls over and over again...I have reported them to www.800helpfla.com, is there any other way to report them? Can cops get involved for harrassment? These people will not stop calling me. I can't get rid of my house phone because I need it for my alarm system...

I reported them to the BBB and the states attorney's office. The Satates Attorneys office then in reply sent me a response that the Department of Agriculture and consumers affairs is responsible for telemarkesting. Here is a link: www.800helpfla.com If these people harass you plase report them. The companies address is: 705 W. State rd. 434 Longwood, Fl. 32750
This company also goes by GE Services amd Water Equipment Management. If they call and you do not take the bait they will keep calling, get more aggressive, send people out with out appointments and have in the past pulled unauthorized credit. If we report them and keep reporting them then they will shut them down.

After politly telling them I am not interested please don't call back, I just used a marine whsitle last night on the second call.....that seemed to do the trick. I know noone wants to resort to that type of tactic, but after 5 calls around 6:00 I wasn't going to repeat the whole proccess at 8:30.

Each time they were rude and informed me I couldn't speak to them in this manner. The last time I said politly where they could stick it and just left the ohone off the hook until it went dead.

They apperantly have several numbers and several at home callers. Today they called me 5 times in a row, I left my phone off the hook each time so they couldn't immediatly release and had my 3 year old scream as loud as possible. I also told the "British Guy" that he sounded like he was from the west virginia of britian(sorry if that offends anyone) It really seemed to offend him and they haven't called back. I have given the number to about 15 real estate agents who inturn are making sure to give the numbers to their new home owners, so they don't answer. These people have just decided to disreguard any form of respect and any laws.......I have put them on the do not call registery and today filed with thew BBB. If everyone follows through they will be out of business soon. I also plann to tie up there number tomorrow by calling them back over and over tom, I am sure it is a waiste of my time, but I think like the message before me, if we all do it!

Same problem as the rest of you.  If you want this to get resolved, go to the florida state attorney website (Bill McCollum) and register a complaint.  The state attorney's office can prosecute and pull up complain histories with the do not call registry and BBB.  Please go to those sites and file complaints so they can be prosecuted.  I'm going to call Bill McCollum's office tomorrow as I'm sick of getting calls over and over again.

We're new to Jacksonville, FL and we've received a call from GE/JDK almost every night we've lived in our new home between 7-9pm!  We've asked them nicely to remove our number from their list, we've demanded they remove it, we've hung up, we've put them on eternal hold, we put the phone down and sang songs, we even went as far as to invite them out just so we could see if they showed up only to turn them down -- who do we get an old man in a beat up car, with a water purifier in his back seat!  He was polite yet disgusted with his job!  What does it take to formally report these people?  There has to be a way to track down the calls.

I have also suffered the pain of receiving unwanted phone calls MANY times over the past several months despite telling them to put my number on their do not call list.  Today was the last straw.  I filed a complaint with the central Florida better business bureau.  JDK Services Inc. are now in the BBB system so I encourage all of you to do the right thing and file a complaint with the BBB.  Maybe then they will get the message that we don't want their product or their phone calls.

Here's the solution:  Give them a dose of their own medicine.  Apparently "JDK Services" is being run out of somebody's house.  I called that number several times tonight, and some woman answered, each time with a "Hello?"   No company name, no location, no nothing, just like it was her home.  I hung up the first couple times, but then decided to talk to her.  I said along with 100,000 other people in Florida, I was sick and tired of those calls, and if they didn't stop, I would call them back 50 times a day and see how THEY liked it.  Her reply:  "I don't care.  I'm getting paid for it."

That was all I needed to hear.

All you have to do is, call that number repeatedly, and hang up each time.  Just call it once, and then hit "redial" every time after that.  It will drive JDK nuts, just as they're doing to you.  I realize people DO have lives, but if you could spare a  half-hour of your day and do this, or even 15 minutes, their phone line will get so tied up, they'd never get any business, and, hopefully, that would be the end of them.

You're on the Do Not Call list?  Forget it - it's worthless.

They call 3-4 times a day if no one answers and never leave a message.  While reviewing my credit report I have realized that they have pulled my credit without authoriztation!! Does anyone know if there is anything that can be done against them pulling the credit?
