Call from 1-312-409-0629 on 6/14/07 and 6/21/07 no message on machine and same reply (disconnected) when called back.

Got a call from this number. Did not answer.

Didn't answer as the number was not recognized and no message was left,

The Attorney Genreal of Fa. has the power to stop it, the rest FCC etc. are a waste of time. And the fool who wrote it's a porn number can't dial a phone, he is prob. part of the scam......Call the General 1-850-414-3990

Despite pressing the button to be removed from their list the previous calls, they INSIST on calling back anyway. If I find out who these clowns are, they WILL get a piece of my mind!

I too am on the Do Not Call list.  As soon as I heard the beginning of the spiel, I hung up.  Then, thanks to Caller Id, I logged on to NoNotCall.gov and entered this info as a scam call.

The only way to beat them is to join forces and report them IMMEDIATELY.  That is why we pay taxes.  About time the feds worked FOR us!

Received call from this # a few weeks ago on a Sat.evening, answered & they hung up.  Showed up again on caller ID this week, did not answere & they did not leave msg.

THIS WAS AN AUTOMATED CALL ASKING ME TO PRESS "1" TO TALK WITH A REP ABOUT BETTER CREDIT CARD RATES AND THAT THE "OPPORTUNITY" WOULD SOON EXPIRE. OPPORTUNITY TO HAVE MY IDENTITY STOLEN. THIS IS A SCAM! DO NOT EVER GIVE OUT YOUR PERSONAL INFO TO ANYONE UNLESS YOU HAVE MADE A CALL TO AN ESTABLISHED NUMBER THAT IS ON THE BACK OF YOUR CARD. NEVER GIVE ANYONE YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, YOUR DATE OF BIRTH, NOR ANY OTHER INFO THAT COULD BE USED TO SCREW YOU. BE SMART.

Number was on my phone when I returned from a trip.  Thanks for giving the info. I will not call back, nor answer any calls from this number.

Got a call from this number it said Melbourne FL.  No one there when I answered.

I didnt answer the phone as it came up as out-of-area but have received calls SO many times it is sickening so decided to "google" it and was brought to this page.... I am writing a letter to the editor of our local newspaper with the hopes of giving the community a heads-up.  Thx for all the helpful information

Got a call from this number at 8:41 in the morning.  Didn't pick up since I didn't recognize the number (CID said "MELBOURNE, FL").  Voice mail was left, but beginning of message was cut off:

[Male Voice] "...you contact us concerning your eligibility for lowering your interest rates. Your eligibility expires shortly so please consider this your final notice. Please press 1 now to speak to one of our representatives, or press 2 to be removed. Thank you."

Filed a complaint at http://www.donotcall.gov/

My mom found a record of these people calling on our caller ID; I guess that they got the machine and hung up. Now I know why, and to answer the phone parler-ing francais the next time we get a call from this number!

Got a call from this number, 321-409-0629, while we were out this evening.  They didn't leave a message.   When I googled the number afterward found this blog string about it.  Thanks to everyone who took the time to report it.

I also got this call today but didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number.

have received three calls in three days; 2 for interest rates 1 for warranty expiration.  option to dial 2 or 9 to remove number was offered & taken.  does not seem to make a difference.

Report this number!  They are scamers trying to steal your credit card #.  The more people that complain to the right people, the more we can stop them.  Complain to:

Received call on 6-28-07 at 11:00am, answering machine took call.  Caller hung up before leaving a message.  Caller ID showed call came from Melbourne, Fla. 321-409-0629.  I called number, number disconnected.  Received call again on 6-29-07 at 1:34pm from same place and number.  Recorded message stated was calling about current credit cards and reducing rates, press 1 to lower interest rate or 2 to remove.  I pressed 1. Man on other end asked if i was calling to reduce my interest rate.  Told him no and wanted to know who this company was and why was it that when I called this exact number back yesterday it showed disconnected.  He said it was a credit card company called "Experian" and they had companies all over.  I continued to question him and I also informed him that I was on the Do Not Call registry and not to call my number again.  I have had the same thing with a number out of Ft lauderdale, Fla. and West Palm Beach, Fla. and each time I get a call Like this I report it to the FTC at donotcall.gov  This is aggravating and I'm fed up that these pests bother people and try to scam them of their hard earned money.

I got a call today 6/29/07 at 12:43pm number was 1-321-409-0629 I didnt answer as I dont know anyone from Florida. then 20 minutes later the same number called back again left a message on my machine it was a guys voice saying " that I had 24 hrs to call them back to lower my credit card intrest rate" I dont have any credit cards  SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS SCAM,!!! I find this very odd as I live in MAINE and dont know anyone in florida.

Recorded message about a credit card payment deadline, last warning. I do NOT have credit cards. Gave me the press 1 or 2 option, but I hung up. This call was followed by a call from the Virginia Fraternal Order of Police = JAK solicitors. They are relentless harrassers. I didn't answer them.

Saw  call on my caller ID from Melbourne Fl.  Well-I called the number back and there was a recording that said the number was disconnected....They left no messages though.

Received a call on both of our home lines, recorded messages - one by a man, the other by a woman. The voices hinted at some vague credit card problem to get the listener's attention, then morphed into a sales pitch for mortgages. An obvious scam. Do people really fall for such things?

I am getting the same calls as all of you. What gives. I called back but the operator says disconnected. Strange. I NEVER take calls I don't know.

Received call on 6/21 @ 1:19PM. Was not home to take call. No message left. Oregon State law prohibits telemarketing calls to residential phones.

THIS NUMBER WAS ON MY CALLER ID WHEN I GOT HOME TODAY. TRYD TO CALL IT BACK AND IT SAYS THE NUMBER IS NO LONGER IN SERVICE....SOUNDS FISHY TO ME!
