Got a call from 321-445-2914. Do not know who it was.

REC'D CALL STATING I OWED HIM MONEY AND NEEDED TO RETURN HIS CALL. HIS NAME WAS ERIC JONES HAD A VERY HEAVY ACCENT. IF I DIDN'T RETURN CALL HE COULD ONLY WISH ME WELL.

Tony Fox stated he sales then stated he wanted to speak to a superviser to get money owed. The employee stated the con is about a package to solve credit problems.

A lady was on the phone and my supervisor answer and said I was on another line she said is there another # I can reach her at he said no I got off the phone and he said hold on when I picked up the phone she said hold on than a man got on the line saying he needed to talked with me about a bill that I owed back in 2004 or 05 I told him I can't received calls at work he said it is important what I hav to say I hung up the phone he called back 6 times back to back on one of the calls he said if I didn't listen to him he would call back and ask for my supervisor I said you can talk with him he is standing here at my desk he said no I'd rather talk with you. I hung up again he repeatly called back. he left this number and said I had better call him back. These are the same people who I had my lawyer call about 6 months ago and when he talked with the lady she told him to hold on a gentlemen got on the phone and the lawyer told them he was calling on behalf of me and the gentlemen said why would she get a lawyer to call he said because that's what you told he to do the gentlemen hung up the phone. This is a scam.  Be aware I just have to find a way to stop them from calling my job.

got this same kind of call this morning from some guy claiming to take legal action against me from some payday loan back in 2005. he called me on my work phone here at my employer. I asked him the name of the company and its state and he gave me the name of some bogus company and this phone number. Its funny how he sounded so far away and didnt sound like he was even in an office or even a cubicle. Little does he know that Im an actually an Identity theft specialist and I dont and wont fall for little "scams" like this in which they want to bully me into giving them my checking account number. Google and I along with the Better business bureau's websites are best friends, lol. Just be careful giving out your information to people when it comes to bank accounts.

I recieved a call from this guy who said his name was Glenn Ford and that he needed to hear from me immediately.  I have talked to this guy about a month ago, and got the "name" of his supervisor.  I called the cops here, in Florida, and in California.  I have given them the name and address of the so called supervisor who I did call and who does know these people.  She said she didnt know what they were calling for.  I think it was funny that they wanted me to wire money to her.  I have alerted the cops and I think anyone who gets a call from them should have there police dept take care of it.

I think the 321-445-2914 is connected to the 866-849-3242 as I continue to receive calls from both - one right after the other - and when returning to the caller and asked for the person who had left the message - someone starts talking really fast not giving me the name they are collecting for and really rude. If anyone finds out the name of the company I would like to forward to my attorney's office.

This is a scam!!!! My husband got a call from these people last night claiming the same thing. They said he had a payday loan that was not paid and that if we didn't call back, legal action would be taken against us. My husband does do payday loans occasionally, however they are all paid or being paid. so I had my aunt, an attorney call these people this morning to ask what this was in referance to and they couldn't answer her. First the guy that picked up the phone had an american accent and as soon as my aunt asked for this Adam Smith(by the way the guy who called last night had an indian accent)He started with the accent again. there was also a screaming baby in the backround. Also my husband and  I have been calling these people all day asking for random names....the same guy always picks up the o=phone and tells us to hold and comes back pretending to be that person. Do not believe anything they tell you. IT'S A SCAM!!!!!!!!!. The only thing i was a little afraid of was that they had my husbands last 4 digits of his social security #. My Aunt seems to think if you do call them back and try to verify yourself and you give them your social, then they have the rest of the digits and they could probably do some damage. If it's a real debt collector, then they would have no problem sending you something in writing. Please don't believe these people...even if you possibly have debt with someone...Don't give any info over the phone!!! and if you have to call them back, Block your number. just hit *67 before dialing their number.

i received these calls also from a indin guy named kevin jones. my lawyer sys they are frauds there is also a piece on the from abc.com also check te # 772-228-4009 thanks

I received a call on today, 10/20/2008 from Mark Ryan stating I owe a payday loan back in 2005 and if I don't pay a legal affidavit will be filed against me and I don't owe this Loan because I paid all my payday loans and the one he is talking about Quick Payday I have never had one with them before I send any money please let me know if this is a SCAM

i received the same call on the 15th think its a scam

I received this message on Thursday,Oct. 16. It was a foreign guy claiming he was with a legal office. He said that someone was bring legal action against me and that he could help me if not then, "good luck", you are on your own. I would like to know more about this number if anyone have more information please post it.
