CALLER ID SAYS NAME NOT FOUND.   I CALLED THE NUMBER AND GOT LOUD STATIC.   CHECKED REVERSE LOOKUP - COULDN'T BE FOUND.  1-849-935-5808
FOR ANOTHER NUMBER I CALLED TO HAVE THEM TAKE ME OFF THEIR CALL LIST AND WAS BILLED FOR AN INTERNATIONAL CALL.  IT ORIGINATED IN TRINADAD, TOBAGO!

THIS IS CRAZYMAKING AND DO NOT CALL LIST DOES NOT WORK.

Don't know who this is. Recorded offer to lower interest rates. Said to press "3" to stop further calls. We pressed "3" but have received more calls.

For years I've been getting calls from Rachel and another female, same mesg--they have tons of numbers they call from--if you ask to be removed they hang upon you--BTW--a whistle is nice for something other than a recording.

I have a no solicitation message on my phone and they went right passed that, basically saying they aren't a telelmarketer! F****ng idiots are breaking the law! I report them everytime, and nothing ever happens! How do i stop this?

Received this recorded message that they could reduce my interest rate on my credit card. I do not have a credit card. Annoying!!!!!

Over the past months I have complained about these calls from Rachel at 321 489 999.  When asking them to remove me from the calling list they get angry and hang up.  When I do not pick up the call they have been known to call two more times in the same day.  It's maddening and I am on a Do Not Call registry.

Didn't answer.  Do they really think they are fooling anyone by using this caller ID?   I have answered previous calls similar to this and just ask them which credit card are they calling about.  Of course they want ME to provide them with a credit card number.

I did the same, never answer, because I got Caller-ID and then I look the Nr up in my PC Hope, those A***oles quit bothering People

I received a recorded introductory message from Rachel calling from 321-489-9999, followed by a "real, live" agent who could not tell me the card number or billing name on the credit card account about which they were supposedly calling.  Parasites like this who spend their lives trying to scam others out of their hard earned money should just be exterminated like the roaches they are, but not much happens to them even when they are caught and prosecuted.  Needless to say, I hung up on

These people call us no less than 10-15 times daily. Even when we answer nobody is there. In a perfect world there will be someone on the other end so I can hit 'em with my mini blow horn. They're simply 'assbags' as my husband puts it. Kinda fits, in this case.

Apparently the government has "better" things to do than go after these scamers.
I thought the consumer protection agency was formed to go after scams like this.

Caller ID said Celebrain FL ... not likely and as expected from comments here, the number is fake too.
Not exactly a surprise there.
This has been going on for a long time now.
They stopped the auto warranty scam quicker than this one.
Did they pull the funding for going after these scamers, or do they just not care anymore?

Obnoxious, annoying calls from "credit card services"...when I finally got agitated enough, I called the number back and began a conversation with a human. Once I began to tell the person I was speaking with to stop making calls to my home, they hung up on me in mid conversation....

Sorry to say that blowing a loud horn into the phone does not hurt their ears as the phone company limits the volume that it can transmit over the phone, besides the speaker on the phones ear piece is too small to produce a loud sound./ Although it would be nice if it did work, but all the caller will hear is a horn at normal volume level.

Since I'm on the Do Not Call list for years now, why aren't these CORPORATIONS prosecuted for hounding me?

Just got a call from them.  I didn't answer.  Why would I when the Caller ID shows this: V720130201000785728 ?????

No one on when I answered, no response.

I also contacted the AG's office for one caller that says they're in WA.  The AG told me in a return email that these types of calls are all but impossible to trace.  They use fake numbers & caller id's.  They suggested that the best way to proceed is through your own phone co., the FCC or the FTC  I like my way better & it's less hassle.  Buy yourself a loud coaches whistle, answer the call & when you actually hear a live voice on the other end, BLOW, long & loud.  A call I was getting at least 4 times a day, every day was from WA & just said "important" on my id.  I used the whistle on them last week & haven't heard from them since....unless they've switched numbers.

How come no one can stop these calls even when we are on the "Do not call" list?

Rachel at Credit card services has now called me from about 20 different bogus phone numbers.  I faithfully report each instance to the Do Not Call list & nothing ever happens.  
Next time, I'm getting a live person & will try to keep them tied up for as long as possible by asking them to let me put them on hold.
