Just received a call from this number.  NOW they are saying this is the last time they will call, that there are payments due on the car (didn't say which one) and they will be towing it.  It is an automated message.
They are probably just trying to get personal information from unsuspecting people, hence the the hang ups and overall unprofessional behavior.  
The bottom line is - don't give out personal information to unsolicited callers, regardless of who they claim to be.  If you have a business relationship with someone, they will not be calling to verify personal information via the telephone.

I got a call from 321-504-7429 (Cocoa, FL) that "Your warranty is about to expire.  Press 1 to talk to an agent."  The agent asked me the make, model and year of my car.  I purchased my Honda in Dec 2007.  I asked him if he was from Honda and he said he was the "Honda agent."  I financed my new car and, as part of the finance fee, I'm paying is for the warranty until 100,000 miles.  I told him I have 5,000 miles on the car and he said, "oh there is some error, you have coverage until 36,000 miles."  I said "no I have coverage until 100,000 miles; can you please confirm?  Then he hung up on me!  I think they are fishing for people whose warranties have expired and this is some scam to get people to buy some kind of warranty program.

Automated message about my auto warranty expiring. Pressed "1" to speak to a person, but after a wait, it just disconnected. I think they are fishing for live telephone numbers (like those "blank" e-mails you get sometimes) to sell to other companies. Reported this stupid company to donotcall.gov (even though I was already registered).

Received call at 7:40 pm.  They didn't leave message.  Calls originate, supposedly, from Cocoa, FL .  Directed to this site when I did a search.  I'm reporting to the DONOTCALL people.

I also got a call from 321-504-7429 and did not answer then tried to call back got a recorded message that the number is disconnected. Last week on a news report from Colorado they talked about a scam for car warranties. Turn's out the Colorado Attorney General wants information about this company.

have recieved two calls from the above number. when i answer no one is there and phone goes dead. we are on the do not call list and wonder how we get this and other calls.recieved last call on august 8th 2008,at 422 pm.

now the scam is that you can get a lower interest rate on your credit card.without knowing what credit card you have.i lay the phone down and leave it for awhile.the national no call list is a joke.i have filed complaints with every one of them and they are still calling.this is in florida.

Just got a call from this number. For some reason, after I pressed "1" to speak to a representative, she hung up on me. I wonder if it had anything to do with my blowing a very loud whistle into the phone.

Call was to inform me that my automobile warranty has run out.  Oh really?  On my 1994 pickup????

Part of me wanted to "press 1" to talk to the person about this. I would have enjoyed playing with their brains, assuming they have any.  However, ever fearful of getting into some spendy loop that I would forever regret, I didn't do it.

I also didn't "press 2" to disconnect - but just let it disconnect on its own.

Got some message about how they could lower the intrest on my existing account.  don't owe any money, I did push one to be transferred, but they then hun up

I get at least one, sometimes two calls a day from this number. Something about lowering my credit card interest rate. I've asked them which credit card that I hold are they affiliated with-hang up. I've asked to speak to a supervisor-hang up. I've told them I'm on the DNC list-hang up. I've  told them to stop calling-hang up. How annoying!

When I answered no one was there.

Called the Federal Trade Commission at 1-877-382-4357 to file a complaint. Apparently these scammers are using pre-paid cell phones to call people for the sole purpose of getting credit card numbers and other personal information. They are almost impossible to catch or stop, but file a complaint anyhow. My suggestion is to get a loud whistle of air horn in a can, and when prompted to press 1 to speak to a "representative", let them have it! These people are nothing but thieves, and it serves them right!

I have missed a call from this phone number. Well when I called back somebody said to F*** off, wrong number.

We let the machine pick up; They left no message. If it's about an auto warrantee, like previous comments say, how do they get our numbers? From our car dealerships? ps: We're on the Do-not-call list, but still get plenty calls.

these people constantly call me regarding extending car warranties.  I press one to speak to a representative, and ask to be taken off of their call list and they immediately hang up.  What the hell?  how can I report them and get them to stop?

well, of course it's a scam. no legitimate company would constantly violate the do not call list and hang up on you when questions are asked of them. no one in their right mind would give these a**es any information.

Saw this number on my caller ID. I googled it and found this page as well, glad I didn't bother to pick it up!

I had this same callerID call from cocoa, fl (didnt talk to them).  I think the numbers they call are collected from the internet.

Just got a call from these folks, automated message introduced itself as Heather and said something about lower interest rates and a limited time offer.  The operator I talked to said he worked for "Your Face" before he hung up on me.

Classy folks.

I got the "Heather" recording about an account I some how have with them.  You report this stuff to the DNC list, but it doesn't seem to do anything.  Who do you call to get these guys caught?

at lease twice a week I get a call from 321-504-7429.  I tried to call back thinking it was my great aunt that lives in Flordia, and when I do the operator comes on saying that the phone has be disconnected

Received phone call from telephone number 1-321-504-7429.  It was a recorded message stating this was the last call and the call was about my car's warranty.  I pressed the number 1 to talk to someone to see what this was about, and the person hung up on me.

I pushed 1 to speak to a rep and was very kind and asked to be removed from there list because I am on the do not call list.  and the mother _ucker hung on me.  I work in customer service and there is nothing worse then being hung up on.  I reported them throught the do not call website.  Everytime they call I am going to report them.  I have had a call every hour today.

sound like a scam.  they call themselves auto warranty company.  when i asked who they were representing, the call hung up.  funny, i don't even have warranty with them.  there is no info on the company, or other phone # to reach them, sounds like a shady deal from fl, like the ballot chads from the last election.

Got this call along with 15 others in 2 weeks. Calls like this coming from Melbourne, New Smyrna, Orlando, Pensacola, & Cocoa----All from FLORIDA! All strange calls = SCAM!
