I got a call from 321-608-3556 ext 212 saying it was Rachel Miller about my IRS debt., tried calling back and the number is disconnected. Strange.

Open the magazines.  Somewhere in there, probably on the same page with the table of contents, you will find a snail-mail address for customer service.  Write a polite letter to them saying you were tricked into subscribing and were being charged way to much.  Ask them to cancel the subscription, effective immediately.  Sign the letter, then photocopy it.  Send the letter to them "return receipt requested."  You'll have to go to the post office in person to do that.  It will cost about $2 for each letter.  Eventually you will get the receipt back in the mail.  File it with the copy of the letter that you kept.  That should stop the magazines.  And if it doesn't you will have proof that you tried to stop the magazines, so you won't get into legal trouble for not paying.

I was stupid enough to order these magazines over a year ago. They started charging me too much for other thingsi didnt use. I tried to cancel but they woulnt let me. I changed my bank account number so they havent charged me in months. However, i am still receiving those magazines whichi pay no attention to. I'm just afraid im gonna at some point get charged for everything which i cant afford. I havent told anyone in my family because im so embarresed.

OMG! I can't believe this has been going on so long. I am glad to hear I am not alone. They just called for the 3rd time this week and I am sick of it. I was starting to believe I ordered those magazines. Lol! Thanks guys I am going to report them right now.

I've been receiving these bogus phone calls periodically for probably close to a year and half now.  I might go a couple of months without one, and then I'll get hit with one again, maybe twice in a month.  It's always the same story.  They supposedly are calling to make sure I'm receiving my magazines okay and that I'm entitled to a reduced rate, but of course, I'm supposed to verify my credit card number with them.  Yeah, right, like I'm going to do that.  They always claim that I'm already making monthly payments on my credit card, but they can never tell me what magazines I'm supposedly getting, they can never verify for me what credit card I'm supposedly using, and they always take a very in-your-face attitude about it.  When I tell them to cancel whatever they show as an account with them, they say they can't do that.  I've hung up on them before, just to have them call me right back and get snotty with me and then hang up on me.  I did get rid of them for probably 4-5 months after I threatened to contact my lawyer about their harrassing scam, but they're back to calling again now.

I've been receiving calls from this and at least one other number from the same "company." It's a scam. Just stop answering or block them. Unfortunately, they call from pre-paid phones and no one has done anything to track them. You can put your name on the do not call list but it won't help. Do what you can by reporting them for abuse. I do every time they call, which is becoming less frequent. By the way, the more you answer, the more they will call just because they know you are available to take the call.

I have received a phone call from this number a few times in the last few months.  Apparently I was billed for the last two months at an address I have not lived in for over 5 months.  How do i report them?

It is soooo anoying. I was called by this number over 10 times and today it was enough. They were trying to convince me that I owe them $2200 and my account will go to collection. When I told them that they can take that wherever they want because I have no subscription and I am not paying for any magazines since I am not even getting any magazines the girl on the phone said that they will take care of that today and hung up. Soooo anoying.

I got a call from these people after asking them to remove my name from their list!  They are annoying and will not stop. Guess I should report them to the gov for breaking DO NOT CALL laws.

Received call from this number informing me I was intitled to a reduce rate, and when I asked them what magazines they were refering to they could not name the magazines.  They said it was being charging to my credit card and I told them no.

All my magazines are paid for by check.  Then they wanted to know my date of birth, etc.

I have been receiving calls from this number on my "work" cell and have told them not to call my work # again!  they keep calling about magazines that I have no subscription to nor want and now I just hang up on them.  So frustrating - and especially on a work phone.  They also do not answer my questions on their purpose of the call and what magazines are they referring to.  Very annoying.

i got the same call 2 times today! at first i asked about the magazines then i hung up, they called back 2 hours later to reduce my payments by $10 all i had to do was " verify my card number" you can guess what i told them, &^%@# . i promtly called my bank to inquire about my account , no problems!!  he gave me a site to go to.  " donotcall.gov "   they register your number and no more calls !!!

Has anybody else on here who has revieved these phone calls also bought the E-Cigarette?? That is the only company I know of that could have sold my phone number.  DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE! Check your bank statements to make sure they have not taken any of your money.  If they have contact the authorities immediately!

How the heck did they get your CELL phone number and how the heck can you get them to stop calling you?!?!  They pretend to ask about magazines you're suppose to have received and when you ask them their phone number, they either won't tell you or hang up.  It's not only a waste of time but waste of money!

I did not answer this number, but have had them call me numerous times.

I just received a call from this number and she asked if I was ******** and I did not answer but asked her who she was. She said Sara. I asked who is SARA and who do you represent? She responded AH AH AH. I said evasive, you are up to no good, you are scam. DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER AGAIN. I hung up.  I know this because I was horribly harrassed by them MANY months last yearthe and researched them, reported them to the FTC, FCC, BBB, and Attorney Generals office!!! Now they are at it again. New Year, New round of harrassment.  Google these numbers you get and you will be surprised about all these horrible scams.  They all have those same lines they use on people.  Don't answer any of them.

A lady called and asked if I was ***** ****. I said "yes." She said that I am being charged monthly for magazines. I said "I don't think so" and asked for the names of the magazines I'm supposedly being charged. She replied "women's magazines" I said "I receive many women's magazines. Can you be more specific?" She said that information was not available to her. I asked if she knew how much I was paying a month. She did not know since only her supervisor had that information. I asked to be transferred to her supervisior. After a few minutes on hold, they hung up on me.

Called for my husband, refused to speak to me. As they are only allowed to speak the "account holder". My husband holds NO ACCOUNTS!!! ALL accounts are in my name. After trying to get the caller to tell me what she was calling in reference to as my husband was sitting right next to me, she stated "well then I will simply call back", I attempted to tell her not to bother as I will do the same thing and she just hung up on me. This must be a scam as we have no old accounts that are delinquent due to a recent bankruptcy that was cleared earlier this year. Give these fools NO INFO.

I just got a call from these idiots saying I was intitled to a reduced rate.  They verified my address which they already knew.  They then asked me to varify my date of birth even though it is today and acted suprised after I said it and said "well, happy birthday!"  Now, if she already knew it then why was she so surprised when she found out about it?  She then asked what credit card company I used most frequently.  Then she asked me my current rate.  I said I wasn't paying anything.  Then she said I was paying $49.99 a month.  I said no I wasn't because I'd never pay that for THREE magazines!  

I told her to cancel it.  She said she'll try and then hung up on me.  

I don't know what this is, but I promise you its not legal!

Operator called back after I questioned what mags they were talking about. I hung up on them and they called back and said I would be charged a higher price and then hung up on me.

I have been receiving daily calls from this number saying they are Suncoast Publications also called Treasure Publications wanting to talk to me about a delinquent account that they are sending to collections - they tell me it is for magazine subscriptions but cannot tell me the names of the magazines I owe for -  I do not have an account with this company - how can I stop the calls? Help

I have asked this company repeatedly to stop calling and they smuggly ask, "why?".  They supposedly want to talk to you about your magazine subscription but cannot name the ones I currently receive.  It is a scam.
