This place it a total SCAM!! You can contact them at 877-508-4012, but be oreoared to be pissed off. They are very rude and disrespectful. They will tell you have you on recording and that there is nothing you can do. They will send you a cancellation form that you need to sign and return. and all this b***s***. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!

unfortunately I fell for this scam. they said that they wanted to verified my magazine subscription I keep telling the lady I didn't have one she told me if I  verified my subscription I would only pay 39.95 and if  they will charge my account $90 per month. She said she want signing me up for anything. after I got off the phone with her I decided to Google sunset publication and that's when I found out it was all a scam I check my account immediately n not to my surprise there a charge from them I called my bank immediately and disputed the changes I got my money back n I cancel my card so they couldn't charge my account again. I called them to cancel and they told me I cannot cancel over the phone I have to wait to receive a package in the mail n send it back to them I still haven't received this so called package no magazine n yet I'mreceiving billsfrom them. I called the number on the bill n ask her y am I being billed for something I don't have and I want to cancel she said I would have to pay $900 to cancel I told her I'm not paying that n she said she's gonna send my account to collection. any advice as to what I should do. email me kaydiere@aol.com thanks

so do i , they got me, i answered all of the question yes and a month later i wanted to unsubscribe but they told me that i can't cause it had been passed 30 days. And it was only $19.95 a month but next month  it became $59.95. And i immediatly changed my credit card that way they can't charge my card. But i got call may 29th, 2012 and they told me that my past due amount $1400.!!!!!! and if i don't pay this amount they gonna report it and affect my credit score and i will not able to buy a car or house by my credit score!!!!! so i 'm wondering can they do that? what should i do?

Same thing. They got my 16 year old daughter. She did have subscriptions to two magazines but we had cancelled them 6 months prior. Two months ago she gets a call saying I had ordered these magazines and agreed to pay 39.95 for 30 months. Thank goodness she didn't give them a real cc #. They already had my birthday and name, although completely misspelled. Today I received a bill and I called them. They accused her of fraud by impersonating me and said they would sue if I didn't pay. They wanted my corrected name but I wouldn't give it to them. I spoke to two people one supposedly the supervisor. Both were very rude and even yelled at me saying it was my fault and I should beat my child. Would not cancel any orders. They told me I could file a police report on my daughter for being a liar and fraud, but be aware they had their legal department all over it. How stupid are these people. We searched the scam site they Sunset Publications have over 300 reports made on them, mine included. Scam!!!!!!!

I just got a call from 321-610-6210 asking if I am getting my magazines monthly and on time.  Now, somehow, SOMEBODY is sending me US weekly every week and I never asked for this... I remember somebody calling me maybe a month or 2 ago trying to get me to f*** myself in the a** by signing up to get these magazines and i talked to this fool for like thirty minutes about how i absolutely don't want anything to do w. this ....  I think he signed me up anyways!!  so i tried telling this lady she didn't want to hear it, said "okay well i'll just keep your account the same, charged at the highest price, you have a good day..." and hung up in my face.  I am livid now and I want to call her back and tell her what a c*** she is.

I have recieved several junk calls in the past week , and just realized its the same number, this number. The first time they said this is "name (forgot)" from the credit department which got my attention thinking it was my fraud alert from my bank, but then they started talking about magazine and I asked which and they said men's health, etc. ERRRRRT wrong, I do not recieve that crap, they are complete liers. I told them, I dont get that and dont call back. Just today I got another call, didnt recognize the number, but I answered knowing it was most likely junk. The person asked for me, I didnt say it was me, only asked back who is this? she got ruder. Her name was Alisha or something and asked for me again. I asked what company is this, and all she said was something like your magazine provider. I immediately said I dont not have or want magazines and dont call back. That bi*** said rudely, well you have an active account and you will be continued to be charged and we wont call you, then hung up. Well Ive never been charged, or given them my card #s, etc. Im pretty sure they got my info from some place that sold it to them. Next time they call, Im a give them a hugggge piece of my mind. I am going to give them the biggest f****ng run around. Ever. F*** them. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I get many phone calls for this number and they keep asking to pay them but I didn't order anything. It's really frustrating. I just ingnore the phone call from this number

these people called me twice on my cell asking for my mother since my husband picked up my cell i didn't know what was being said. A few minutes ago i just got a call from them but they hung up right when i answered. I really don't like these phone calls at all from this number.

My son received an intimidating call from a lady insisting that he had ordered a magazine from them.  She would not explain who she was.  She started asking my son personal information which made him suspicious enough to hand his cell phone to his father.  They continued to tell my husband that the magazine had been ordered but they had not sent it because they hadn't rec'd payment for it.  My husband got frustrated with them and handed the phone to me with the "lady" insisting that we owed her money and was going to take the appropriate actions.  She said that he had recorded my son's conversation with her and that she was not afraid of me.  I asked her to name the magazine which she said was "Sunset Magazine".  Not a magazine that a young boy would be interested in.  I asked to speak to her supervisor and she stated that she was the supervisor and hung up on me.  
 
I googled Sunset Magazine and they confirmed that they had no subscription in my son's name.  I tried to call this phone number and it is constantly busy.

I have received two calls from 321-610-6310- I have not answered and they have not left a message

Caller Asked for me by name, than wanted to confirm my payment for a magazine I have never heard of let alone purchased before. I than asked which company this is and couldn't get a reply, I told the caller that I have never purchased anything and don't want to either. The caller than said and I quote "OOOOHH" and hung up.

This number keeps calling me as well.  I am always at work when it calls so I decided to call them to see who it was.  All I ever get i a busy signal not matter what time, afternoon or in the middle of the night.  Don't you think that is odd.

I have a message on my voice mail stating I do not answer or return any telemarking calls unless they leave a message.  I have never received a message.  Most of my family and friends will leave a message and I will call back.  I am receiving these calls less and less.

I received a phone call from this number.  They stated that I purchased all of these magazines from them and had a 13 day period to cancel, after that I would have to pay 36 payments of 49.50!!!!!  I told her I didn't order these magazines and she basically said TOO BAD IT WON'T STAND UP IN COURT!!!  I hung up!!!  What a scam!!!  I also told them to go to hell!!

Received a call for Abby. She had my address and wanted to know if I was getting my magazines on time. I do no subscribe to any magazine that I have to pay for. She said my account was being paid with bank withdrawal. I requested to speak with the billing department and she hung up on me.

Just started getting these calls. real rude on the phone. no manners. I put them on my reject list on my phone.

total scam, i do have several mag subscriptions and they claimed they would be giving me a rebate, i got them to hang up on me by asking LOTS of questions about what mags i get and who i get them from. DONT FALL FOR THEIR CRAP!!

321-610-6310 has called repeatedly.  First they wouldn't say who they were, then they said they were a publishing house for some magazine subscription company I apparently signed up with.  They offered to reduce my subscription price.  I don't believe they have charged me any money so far, and I'm not sure they have my actual bank account.  I found that the number is a FL number, from eau gallie.  I reported them to the FL attorney general.  We will see how this pans out.

I have a total of 12 numbers, including this one, that have been calling me, which I never answer. I put in a complaint with the FTC & with the Do Not Call list people but nothing has been done about it as of yet. I even got calls with 666 only & 011 only, figure that out. I'm fed up with them calling at 10:30 at nite which No solicitors are suppose to be calling after 9:00 PM.
As soon as you answer the phone, there is some way that they can get the last 3 numbers of your social, so I'm told by the FTC. Everyone DO NOT answer the numbers anymore. If its important they'll leave a mess ( & by the way none of those numbers have ever left me mess. ). I feel bad for the elderly getting these calls coz they believe these people & give them the info they want. It happened to a woman I know & before she realized that anything  was wrong, they had taken over 400.00 out of her acct. Luckily, her bank was able to track these people down & they got her money back..

Someone from this number called by the time I picked up the phone they were gone. I'm assuming it was some sort of a sales pitch because I don't recognize it.

THIS IS A SCAM. IMMEDIATELY TELL THEM YOU ARE A LAWYER OR YOU KNOW A LAWYER AND TELL THEM TO TAKE YOU OFF THEIR CALL LIST. TELL THEM YOU HAVE THEIR INFO AND IF THEY CALL ONE MORE TIME THAT YOU WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THEM. EVERY PERSON WHO HAS CALLED ME FROM THIS NUMBER HAS BEEN EXTTREEEEMELY RUDE AND IGNORANT. I WANT TO MAKE SURE THESE PEOPLE ALL GET FINED AND OR THROWN IN JAIL.

It's some bs they want to get your cc number it's a big scam they said you been receiving your magazines I said I never have ordered or got a magazine and she said well hold on and then hung up I ordered something a few months ago big regret from an add on the radio and they charged my visa for the next month and I didn't order it so that place sells your info to crap company's like the one that is calling me I get more bs scams calling since I ordered that trial my advise to anyone never ever order anything from an add or if you do go by a pre paid visa for the excact amount if you just got to have it but beware you will get tons of spam and scam calls......

When you get these calls:
1) NEVER SAY the word YES! There are ways to record your answers and ways to splice your answer of YES into accepting any number of things!
...The same goes for Credit card #'s, Checking account #'s, addresses, social security #'s, any private  information is at risk of abuse!
2) If the caller has no answers for you, refuse any further conversation with them IMMEDIATELY! If they cannot give you a...
>company name
>caller name
>answer personal questions about the supposed account(name, address, actual purchase, account # etc.)
>patch you through to a supervisor WITHOUT personal information FIRST
DO NOT PROCEED WITH THE CALL! HANG UP AND REPORT TO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES!
3)GO WITH YOUR GUT! If you think it sounds SUSPICIOUS it PROBABLY IS!
