I also got several messages from both the 855 and 321 number, I called back since I don't owe anything to find out what this is about, and like the rest, I got no answer and no voice mail either. When collections call they must identify themselves and the company they represent, they must also provide with an address, and then all you do is ask for the account in writing, then send a letter of validation ( a dispute). Just beware!! Don't let people like this real or not bully you and ruin your day...you have rights. Check out " the credit info center" on line.

I get calls that display "855 396 0001" on my caller id of my cellphone.  If you research this number, you'll find it is not assigned to any telephone subscriber.  It's a fake number.

A message is left.  I know, from receiving many calls that the message left is not "live."  It is a recording meant to sound live.

The message says it is from a "William Carter" and asks for a return call from 321 639 4495, extension 230.  That number is a landline in Rockledge, Florida and most likely a spoof number.

I would suggest everyone put 855 396 0001 in their cellphones and name it DO NOT ANSWER so you won't pick up.

I received a call ftom a Chuck Patrick asking toncall him back at 3216394495 and when I do no one asnwers. Im glad I read the comments regarding the same issue. Now I know not to call back and block him from calling.

I received a call from this number 321-639-4495 ext. 230. They called my friends phone asking for me and stating, "this is Bill Carter." The tactics people use! The only thing I owe is hospital bills, that I am paying on.

Got a call on my cell from this number and wanted to talk to my son....he wouldn't leave a message...said it was a business matter and his nam is Chuck Patrick.   Don't know how he got my number...next time I won't answers it

James Black called from this number left a message "I need your help with an issue that just came across my desk, maybe you already received my mail about it. Sorry I can't go more into detail about it. Please call me back. I can assure you this is not a telemarketing call." Nothankyou....

I recieved several calls from this so call John Bell. When you call back the phone just ring. He never leaves a proper message. So I dont no what the call pertain too. Now he is calling my place of employment. THIS IS HARRASMENT and the last straw.

Doris called but would not get any message.  She has called an number of times and says she "is calling to help me out with something" Never leaves any info other than name and phone number.

Someone name Jack Taylor called me at work saying I had.a hospital bill that went on collections, and that if I paid the total amount, right then and there, they could help me avoid affecting me credit score. My husband called back to inquire about the manner and he said they never had an account on my name, nor knew anything about it. He admitted to them not being a credited collection agency. BE AWARE!

I am getting calls from this number 321-639-4495 ex 209 Linda Green... On my home phone it comes up ABCC with a totally different number. This person is now calling my work. THIS IS HARRASMENT!!! Fla laws prohibit this!

Just received a call from "Misty" asking me to call her on extension "230" to the number provided here.  No company, no reason, no last name.  I'm unlisted and rather irritated this number continues to call me.

So it is a collection agency? I just got a call from Jack O'Neil.. :" he has some news that I would be very happy to hear", he said... Not calling back... you dont tell me where you are calling from and I dont know the number on my called Id .. screw you.. Im not answering...

Associated credit is the caller. I had to berate Jack O'neal to get the info needed to take a message.He was very evasive.

"Shawn" has called almost daily for two weeks.  Doesn't leave anything but his first name and phone number w ext 219.  I will not call anyone back unless theyidentify the company they are with and the reason for the call.

Apparently, it is a collection agency, but the collecting methods are very unorthodox. In fact, their methods are so strange that I become suspicious as it may be some fraudulent group posing as ACCBi. see http://www.accbi.com

They tried to convince me to pay a fake bill, although I provide them with the proof that the bill is not correct. Even more, they asked for my checking account number by  phone, so "they can help me paying the bill".

Make any communication with them only in writing. Keep all received and copies of sent letters. If they mess with your credit score, find a lawyer and sue them for the full amount that you have lost due to their actions.

If you think it may be a fraud, report it to your local police. They will follow the information to FBI.

Collection agency for hospital bills. They are very rude!!!!

Received this phone call from someone that acted like I should know who he was, on my cell phone.  Same phone number as listed above, but a different name.

I have no idea how this Keith Jackson got my name or cell phone number! I thought at first it was my son's neighbor Keith, but then realized it was not.
My grown college-son has cut up his credit cards and entered in a plan with Consumer Credit Counseling. Yet he continues to get calls. Unfortunately, so are we, to the point of harassment.
