stop calling

This jack*** calls me numerous times a day.  When you answer, there is no one on the other end.  If you call back, you cannot get through.   My phone display shows the caller as a Billy Stevens.  I am on the national no call list, for all the good that does.

321-696-3921 called Mar 17, 2014 at 12:53.  Caller ID = OUT OF AREA which is most times SPAM.  No Message, which is usually SPAM also.
