Just got a call--I pressed 1 to continue and talk to a rep. Lewis answered and I asked who the company was. He said "Account Services". I asked the name of the company and he rudely shouted "Account Services! Didn't you hear me the first time?" I asked if he was truly that rude and he said "Yes, I am" and hung up.

When I tried to call the number back, it was disconnected.  I am on th Colorado and US do not call list. These people really need to be punished, and everyone working for them.

Don't know if it will have done any good, but I reported this number to the do not call people.  They were doing credit card interest rate stuff and I pressed 1 to get an operator.  I asked what company she was with and she said it was Account Services and when I asked her if she was with a major credit card company she said no.  I then asked her if she was aware that I was ont he DNC list and she said, "no, I didn't place the call.  DISREGARD.  CLICK"  I know that nothing will probably come of it, but if we all report it then maybe they will have to dig some to shut it down.

I googled Eau Gallie, FL and got this web site.  The number on my caller ID was 321-779-3962 also.  I pressed 1 and told the live person I don't carry a balance on my cards and to take me off their list.  They hung up on me.  I am also on the DNC list.

I've pressed one and told the live person to put me on their "do not call" list and they hang up on me.  Report every single call you get from Account Services to the National Do Not Call Registry.  EVERY ONE. There is strength in numbers.

Some kind of annoying credit card consolidation scam!  They call constantly; my number is unlisted, unpublished, yet they still call.  Stop these scam artists!

number appeared on caller id....with city name Eau Gallie, Fl....did not leave message on answering machine.  searched number on Google and found this site to report.

Now they are using the # 207-416-5032, which is a Cellular #, I called the corporate Cellular office, the are going to investigate, # is out of Pittsfield, Maine

I am deployed to Afghanistan.  We have government VOIP phones.  The one in my quarters rang at 0130 in the morning.  If they are now cold calling deployed soldiers in the middle of the night, things have gotten way out of hand.

I have received several calls from this phone number.  I do NOT give any information over the phone, especially to an unsolicited caller.  I redialed this number back and a recording said that this number was no longer in service.

At 5:00 local (00:00 UTC) my wife answered.  Got recording -- lower your credit card interest to 6%. Press "1."  She did.  Human came on, asked if our credit card debt was over $2.5K.  Wife said, "Who is this?" Person hung up.  Call back to 321-777-5032: "This number is disconnected or no longer in service."  Database check shows the number is assigned to "Account Services,"  in Eau Gallie, FL.  No other data available.

Call came in today (July 30)at 3:22 PM. Caller ID showed 321-777-5032. No message left.  I am also on DNC list Sure would be nice if this operation could be located and shut down.

same as everyone else, and just rec'd an email regarding the same thing, they are trying to get the last 4 digits or 3 or your credit card.

Received a call from this number, did not answer because it was not a number I knew.... looked it up and was glad I did!

phone rang a person said to press 1 regarding my credit card. I pressed 1 and the line went dead. I hit redial and a recording let me know that the phone number had been disconnected.

same "heather" recording as everyone else. I filed complaint with Natl DNC.

called at noon today.  Answered phone, said "hello" a couple times-- Nothing.. Hung up and looked online through Google.com for #.  Came across this site.  THANK YOU!!!!

Yep - ME too.  My car was still within a warranty service. I tried to press 9 and the computer said it would remove my number.  We hsall see.

I received a call from this number and the recording said that the person was calling about a limited one-time chance to reduce my credit card interest rate.  The recording specified that I must act immediately and to press "1" if I needed additional information. I pressed "1" and held on for a while but I was disconnected.  I called the number back and got a recording that said the phone was out of service. I think this is a fraudgelent attempt to either solicit business from me or to compromise my personal information. I am reporting this so that this type of call can be stopped.

Got a call a few minutes ago from 321-777-5032. Came in EAU GALLIE, FL.
I keep getting calls like this, all of which when checked on google, come up to a site like this. Go figure! I haven't answered any of them, except for one, which I could hear talking in the bck ground, but nobody talked to me. I am on the DNC list as well. This is getting really annoying!

I have gotten this call before, and the usual "Credit Card Debt Services". I reported them to the National Do Not Call Registry (https://www.donotcall.gov/)

Hopefully something will come of that.

a person called station a few minutes ago to let us know about a call that they had received from the above number. He stated that they wanted his credit card number. Luckily he didn't fall for it.

Never give out your personal info via the telephone OR email!

We have also been getting a lot of questions lately about large unsolicited official looking checks that people have been recieving. SCAM! They generally come in an envelope mailed out of Canada yet the acccompanying letter and check are allegedly from a US Company. The checks are usually 3-5000.00 and they want you to cash them and send them a portion of the money.

The way it works, you send the money to them to (of course) claim your larger check, and by the time your bank tells you that the check is fraudulent the scammers have your money and YOU owe the bank thousands of dollars!

Sadly we have had some people fall for this as well as some email scams which are becoming more and more sophisticated and realistic looking each day.

Just got the same call as the rest of you - tried to call it back - "disconnected".  Got a strange call the other day asking for my mother-in-law (we have the same name) saying they wanted to reimburse money back to her inheritance she was going to receive.  Pretty convincing too I must say.  She is elderly so you can imagine what could have happened. She is about to get a windfall inheritance.
