Calls saying I need an attorney or I'm going to be in big trouble.  Calls home and calls me at work.  Says he is from US Bank and some crime division department and I will be prosecuted if I don't send him money.  Every time he calls it's a different amount of money.  The calls started more than a year ago and the amount was $1,500.  Then the amount kept going down until today he calls and says he needs $300 to clear the matter up.  He refuses to fax me anything showing this supposed debt that I owe even though I gave him my home/personal fax number.

I too have received the exact same message from these people, and have continued to receive messages from them over the course of the last 3 months. The last time that I actually spoke with the person, who I believe is the same Mr. Robert as above, I asked for the physical address for their company and to speak to a manager. I was informed that I was wasting his time and that until I call back with a lawyer he will not speak to me again. The very next day I was still receiving calls from this company saying that I need to contact them. I contacted my atty and was told that until I receive documentation that I actually owe them money or have committed a crime, not to worry about it and keep records of every interaction that we have. I know for a fact that this is a scam due to the fact that I have never taken money from the company that they are supposedly representing and because I have done considerable research and no such company is listed with any state or federal authorities with the phone numbers that they have given me to call them back at. I have contacted the BBB and the federal trade commission and I urge others to do the same.

This idiot has been calling me 100's of times a day telling me in a  message always says the same thing saying 'the very second you receive this message, I need you or your attorney to return the call. The issue at hand is extremely time sensitive. the hotline to my division is 786.866.2982. Don't disregard this msg. Now if you don't return the call and I don't hear from your attorney either, the only thing I can do is wish you good luck, as the situation unfolds upon you, goodbye'. I called his phone company and they said he is in India. He uses inphonex phone service. He is not a real bill collector is a scam artist. DO NOT give him any information..

I have gotten this same call a number of times also.  They are also calling one of my friends asking for me.  When I called back he told me the same as everyone else.  They need my attorney to call them to get an Urgent matter cleared up.  I said I do not have an attorney that I would be happy to clear up any real debt that I had.  I asked for the original Debtor and was told the it was "Quik Pay Day" I could barely understand what the guy was saying so I am not positive what it was about, but I am thinking that it is a SCAM!  My friend (that they have been calling) says that she had a detective call them and tell them to quit calling her, but we don't know yet if that is going to happen.

I started getting the calls 2 weeks ago & claimed I was put down as a reference for someone. I have called and have had others called and told them to stop calling me. I tried to get the name of the company but it has been- Morgan and Co, Quick Cash or Quick Pay Day. The message was from Angela Williams from 866-998-0981 and left 321-821-0017. you call that direct and it's a Mr Robert who is extremely hard to understand and is just an a$$. I have told them not to call & they repeatly do. I even called my local police station & a detective called and told them to stop calling or would be filing harassment charges against them. we were "assured" wouldnt get any more calls & my # was deleted. They wont even call the person who put me down as a reference. They told her she needed an attorney to fill out an affidavit (not true- atty isnt needed). I had a "lawyer" called and nothing changed. these people need to be stopped!

Calls me repeatedly at work, if not this number, they use a different one (214-245-0943). I returned call today and recorded the conversation. They gave me a name of their company as Morgan Associates in Hialeah, Florida 33014. I am going after them, legally, and others should do the same.

Had the same type call today, 8/6/08.  The individual spoke with an accent so terrible you can hardly understand any of what he siad but could understand the exact same verbiage as above saying that it is very important that I have my atty call them or I will be in serious trouble and all I can do is wish you good luck.  Called back and left message on voice mail.  I have kept a copy of the message.

I had three calls from this 321-821-0017 saying that it is very important that I have my atty call them or I will be in serious trouble. I told them not to call my job anymore he said he will call the next time and talk with my manager if I don't get this matter taken care of.

I had an atty call them using another phone # they used the same script that this gentlement did. I got a lawyer to call them when he did they were very scared wanted to know why I had an atty call them when the atty stated anking questions they hug up.

When they called yesterday I looked at the ID caller the phone # was 1-321-821-0017 and it was a lady named Angie Williams.
